It seems only Colombians from the domestic league are great penalty takers. That was almost embarrassing from Colombia. Both the performance and the penalties (at least the last few). Well done Argentina.

2 possible classics on the way. Peru-Chile already confirmed and possibly Brazil-Argentina. I think Paraguay have what it takes to upset Brazil though. If Paraguay manage to make it to the semi-finals, if Ramon Diaz learned his mistakes, Paraguay has a chance at reaching the final.

Was a great game this. Argentina deserved it as Colombia were awful, a shadow of last year's side.

Bewilders me how Argentina keep struggling for goals in international tournaments. 4 goals in 4 games so far and one or them was a penalty.

Just like I said. Brazilians always lose on penalties in Copa Libertadores and they would have lost to Chile last year if it wasn't for the fact that Chile are worse at penalties. Congrats to Paraguay. If Ramon Diaz learned from his mistakes, I can see Paraguay in the final.

So Brazil got eliminated by Paraguay on the penalties again. And I can't say it wasn't deserved because some brazilian penalty kicks were very poor. And the match itself was balanced for both teams.
