Excellent from Lincoln. Tricky fixture on a Tuesday night ahead of Arsenal away. 0-4. Impressive.

That is a statement win tonight. 4-0 away from home. New signing bags a hattrick. 6 clear going into an FA Cup Quarter Final and an FA Trophy Semi Final. Oh and Tranmere lose, perfect night.

That could be one of the worst football games I've ever been to. Anti-football from Barrow, and we weren't anywhere near good enough to deal with it. We don't deserve to win this league, and we're not going to, but I'm glad I don't have to watch that every week.

Barrow's winner was stunning though.

Comfortable night and battered them in the opening 20, hitting the bar 3 times and having one off the line. As expected, we didn't make too many changes. Just the 3 but Arnold and Rhead came on with 20 left and scored and set-one up respectively. The changes will come for the FA Trophy games.

Still think York was a bit of a missed opportunity.

11 wins on the bounce against Braintree!

We've beaten Dulwich 2-0. Absolutely no idea what our fixture list now looks like.

I know it means we now have a free Saturday this week! Too bad since we're on a roll, I bet we come out flat against Sutton next Tuesday.

for goodness bloody sake, that's the fifteenth time this season our title prospects have gone down the shitter.

Had a feeling we would win this one, even with our depleted team. For the first hour though we were shockingly poor - genuinely, that side we put out must have been one of the shortest in the division! (Diarra aside, of course). The tactic of kicking it up for McNulty to head clear surprisingly didn't work.

Cook's goal was stunning - best I've ever seen him score. Apart from that, anonymous. Norwood was quiet too, and that's probably reflected in the lack of shots on goal.

The equaliser looked controversial, but I was right behind it, and my honest assessment was that Davies never had it in his hands, and Diarra did nothing illegal to knock it out of his grasp. I'm VERY surprised it wasn't given a foul, but it was 50/50 - Diarra's head vs Davies' hands, and it fell to our striker's feet. Yes, I'd be screaming foul if it was the other way, but gut feeling was that keepers get too much protection, and this time the ref let it slide.

We dominated from then, just driving forward through the middle. Only thing Williams did all night and he's scored another wonder goal. His showreel must look like Ben Tollitt's.

We should have had a third, but with the whole goal to aim at, except for a certain fat lump in the middle, Harvey put it straight at McNulty's feet.

We scabbed a win, but Tranmere didn't look that impressive.

Good, loud away support.

Barrow fans, What's the crack with Jack Thomas? Don't think I've seen him play a game for you yet!

He's started a few, but he's one of eight loan players and we can only pick five - got decent cover in midfield, so he's often been one to drop out of the squad.

Throw a few assists in before you tag it as "well worth watching".

There probably isn't a player in this league with a better collection of goals this season. Sadly, there's probably not a player who's turned in half as many half-arsed appearances either.

Braintree losing, Arsenal getting completely dicked, if only Dulwich had won as well then this night would have been perfect!

Angol is the first ever imps player to score a hat trick on his debut in an away game and only the second ever.

Having seen the highlights, it was a foul on the keeper - Davies probably would have held it if he wasn't clattered.

It's a direction from the FA to referees to make sure they knobble Tranmere. It's punishment for Palios because of WHAT HE DID.

To be fair, Davies had done it a few times where he'd dropped to the ground under no pressure - the boy who cried foul.
And Harris should have had a red, so it evens itself out.

The league didn't start until Mellon took over though.

This comment is massively underrated.

The ref conspiracy didn't start until he took over either. Still Brabin's fault.

Is there any chance one of these garbage game changing decisions cannot go against us? One a game at the moment. Might have to stop being tongue in cheek about it being a conspiracy.

Davies clearly holding the ball with two hands as yard dog goes clattering into him.

We reacted poorly to it after that, but Barrow weren't in the game before the decision and we were coasting, Cookie had two chances to kill the game that to a degree cost us.
