Played well for a friendly. Chelsea were paying like it was their cup final. Parking the bus after a set piece goal. Completely dominated them, which probably led to Fabregas being frustrated and getting a red.

Sounded rubbish with the starting line up pretty much as per last season plus Doucoure.

Couple of the new players already injured.

Jordon Ibe scored his second excellent goal of his pre season this afternoon as we beat Cardiff 1-0.

That follows a 1-1 draw with Reading last night.

Mix and matched squads between the two games, new signings Lewis Cook last night and Ibe today the goal scorers and eye catching players. Both newbies will surely find their way into the starting 11 quickly.

Zlatan scores 4 mins into his debut, but United are losing 2-1 to Galatasaray at half time.

Ended up winning 5-2.

Fairly lethargic first half (to be expected, Zlatan, Rooney, Martial and Schneiderlin all making their first pre season appearances). Bringing on Lingard, Young and Rashford for the 2nd half gave us some much needed energy and Carrick looked sharp aswell. We played some good stuff.

1-1 with Montpellier today. Still an unbeaten pre season, though we are picking up injuries with Defoe a slight doubt for Man City. Moyes needs to work quick and players through the door.

Rooney isn't our best number ten (he's not one of the top two or three in the squad either) and he's not our best striker (he's not one of the top two or three in the squad either) and Jose will almost certainly start him to the detriment of the squad just as Fergie did, Moyes did, van Gaal did and Hodgson did. I maintain that the scouse potato is proficient in black magic.

Easy 2-0 win in the end. Origi looked class. Firmino played very well coming on in 2nd half too. Loved the pace by Sheyi Ojo. Overall, solid performance
