Swindon looking great value in the BTTS betting market to me.

Totally SoC! Posh over 3.5 goals this season has also been one worth backing.

I’m staggered we haven’t strengthened our defence, more porous than a flood in a sieve ship.

We’ve signed Ben Pringle on loan, probably our best signing so far, well chuffed

Pringle to Grimsby looks a good signing.

Didn’t the fanny on this site who was a Rovrum bellend wax lyrical about how good he was for them in League 1?

Ben Pringle is a good player, Murray and Cox attempted to bring him to Mansfield but he didn't want to drop to this level (talking a few years back) and we did not offer the same sort of wages then either to presuade him to do so.

Pringle was poor for Oldham last year. Think he's on the way down but should still do a job in L2.

I see FGR have lost Doidge to Bolton. Oh dear...

Pringle was fantastic for Rovrum albeit 4 or 5 years ago. Seems to of lost his way but could be a cracking signing.

Jolley has got Martyn Woolford tearing people apart like Messi so I'm confident Pringle could be an excellent signing for us.

What was that loud bang?

Oh right, it was just us shooting ourselves in the foot.

Sell our star man and only proper goalscorer right at the last minute and bring in a fucking teenager on loan from Ipswich. Brilliant. We've managed to outdo Cheltenham in the shittest way to time selling your key player, absolute joke.

Fucking bollocks.

There will be plenty of overtime manning the phones at Samaritans in Nailsworth this weekend.

Good news for us ahead of next week. Huge blow for FGR that but regardless of Vinces ambition you can’t deny him the chance to move up the levels and no doubt ten fold wages in fairness.

Pringle was decent for Rotherham during our epic battles rivalled by Dan Phillips and SERNWA on here! Not heard of him for a couple of years though but has quality, how old is he now?

Terrible timing for FGR. I'd argue they'd have been better off selling him for less money at the start of January and giving themselves a full month to replace him.

We Signed winger Chiedozie Ogbene from Brentford till January. Apparently very quick and the comments from Brentford fans are encouraging.

It will give us another option going forward so all good.

Sheffield United striker Coalan Lavery signs for Bury on-loan until the end of the season. 22 goals in 45 starts for Sheff U according to our website?

Jordan Archer (striker) leaves Bury to join Maidenhead United on loan short term.

The Doidge thing kinda shows up the whole new-look transfer window. I mean we all knew that's how it would probably work anyway, people would just get around it by agreeing to sign a player in January then signing him on loan until then; and we've been proven right; it's no different, you can still lose a key player hours before the transfer window shuts. If anything it's even worse now as you can still lose a player wanted by bigger clubs but there are fewer options to replace them.

Decent business for macc. Replacing national league players with quality additions is key for us.

Let's hope this lad is as good as Cov fans say.

Whilst he is absolutely nailed on to stick one past us in a few weeks time, Pringle was utter toss for us last season. I was made up when we signed him as well...

Pringle looked quality against us in League One a few years ago.

If he’s even half the player he was then Grimsby could have signing of the season there.

Lol come off it. Was average at Oldham last season.

Jermaine Beckford will be signing of the season if he rises from the dead and plays for us. I reckon Lavery signing today might mean Beckford is way off.

On a serious note, I reckon Morais to Crawley is the signing of the summer.

I was actually referring to him a few seasons ago against us in league 1, not last season. I can’t comment on how good/dogshit he was last season because I didn’t see him play. But I stand by my statement that if he’s half the player I saw a few years ago he’ll be a great signing. So no coming off it from me.

Didn’t Beckford sign last season? If so, how can he possibly be signing of the season even if he wins the ballon d’or
