Awful game of football between 2 relegation certainties, we’ve been poor for quite a while now and the pressure is mounting on bonner, I love him but the football being put on show at the minute is woeful and very predictable.

Beers were superb, Phipps and the fish being the standouts.

I saw a group of Cambridge fans in the Fish, must have been your mob as didn’t see any other Cambridge fans in the centre

Good point against Barnsley.

Aside from the short spell where we lost our way in the second half, I thought we competed well. Barnsley had a fair amount of the ball but didn't create too much. Two late goals in the last two games, which is another improvement given that we rarely scored after 75 minutes under Kennedy.

Fairly solid start for Skubala under a difficult first week of fixtures. Get Tuesday out the way and we have 10 days without a game, which means he'll get some proper time on the training ground and hopefully get some bodies back as well.

Whilst we are the worst team in the league in terms of attack, I take some comfort from the fact no one has hammered us.

So if we get hammered on Tuesday night in a must win game, then I'll know who to blame..

Only 4 of us and nobody had any colours on, was in there before and after the game watching the prem games, would have gladly brought you a pint for the excellent recommendations.

Looked at the goals on You Tube for the Bolton game. My god not sure if Bolton have turned into Brazil of Exeter have given up. I would suggest the latter. Can't believe how Exeter have changed from last season.

You aren’t putting that on me.

You blamed me for us losing to Harrogate last season when they didn’t have a shot on target. What you going to blame me for next? Global warming? Wilko closing?

I'm sure its a complete coincidence that we haven't announced new dates for that game or the Peterborough one called off last week..

I reckon all the teams from just below the half way mark to the bottom are candidates for relegation- take your pick !

I definitely think it’s going to be a good, competitive relegation dogfight, a lot of crap in this division (yes, including us if you catch us on the wrong day) and many points still to play for.

Let’s wait for the obligatory panic spending in January, of course Carlisle will be spending their Yank zillions to bring in an army of dedicated stalwarts by then.
