You must not have heard that Scott Rendell and Ismail Yakubu got injured within the first seven games. Both our highest earners and best players. We've done unbelievably well this season.

Nope, hadn't heard that...
Well that's settled, you'll be in the play-offs no bother.

Huh? Who said anything about play-offs? Should we keep the best manager in the league, not have a reduced budget and not have awful luck with injuries again we should hopefully improve on this season's placing. This is all a bit strange coming from a Barrow fan, who's own side have underachieved massively considering the vast amount of money being throw at it. Or maybe it really is so bad that you're worrying about what part-time Woking are doing.

Oh sorry, I thought you might be able to take a joke, but I forgot you lived in that humour vacuum that is Woking.
Unless that "best manager" bollocks is actually your humour poking through?

Yeah, underachieved? If you say so. All that money we've chucked at players from Conference North...

I don't live in Woking. So I rumbled you and now it's all a joke? Are you saying I'm a Too Serious 1FFer™? I'll need authorisation from their leader DarkSithLord if so.

Ah, the old "we're not bankrolled routine" from the fan of the bankrolled club. Hopefully it won't take too long to admit it. Even Eastleigh accept that they are now.

Of course we're bankrolled - every team that has more money than they used to have is. We just haven't really spent anything yet.

What the future hold for Scott Rendell if he's not contracted for next season. Is he likely to be as good?

We're going to lose quite a few players this summer from what I've heard. Not a happy ship.

Could be in a bit of trouble next season unless DV is prepared to invest heavily again. Not confident at all that with Pennock in charge a rebuild will do much good though.

Craig Stanley is stopping as he's played enough games to warrant a new deal. I suppose the majority of players could leave depending on who the new manager wants.

No idea. He's been involved in training recently and with a full pre-season hopefully he'll be ready. Whether he'll even be here next season who knows. Depends whether we have enough money, he wants to stay, other clubs don't go for him and how his recovery is going. Same goes for Yakubu.

Hopefully we sign all your good/half decent players and then loan them out, primarily to Boreham Wood, just to stop you from constantly fucking beating us.

I think all your talk of no budget is to try and lull us into a false sense that we may eventually prevent you "doubling" us again next season .

I thought Lee Fowler was doing well in recent weeks why would you let him go?

He seems to do well towards the end of the season so he can get a new contract sorted. Mills himself said biggest mistake he made was making him club captain and he was nowhere near fit at beginning of season

Sorry padge but I see no reason why we should let Robbie Evan's go. Regardless of the obvious fact he is 'one of our own' he is young enough and decent enough to stay

I would also keep gray if he wants to stay. Did well for us until his injury and then the various issues with driving ban then the spider bite

Wouldnt be too bothered if we kept Evans. I know hes pretty inconsistent but he does have youth on his side so wouldnt be the end of the world .Plays with passion and pride too i guess.

Gray also isnt too bad a player. I just want to release him because he is a waste of a wage. Mills claimed that he would be better than Moult but then hardly ever played him. Very frustrating. Id rather see that wage go elsewhere than Mills keep the lad and bench him each week.

Steve Arnold - Keep - Potential to be best in division
Jon Maxred - Keep - Did well until he broke his ankle
Lee Pidgeley - Let Go - We don't need 3.

Defenders
Dale Bennett - Keep - Best RB in the league.
Charlie Clough - Keep - Hope he will stay, definitely good enough for a step up.
Aarron Raccine - Keep - Solid at this level
James Jennings - Let go - He's never really been up there imo
David Pipe - Let go - Hasn't played enough this year.
Ben Jefford - Let go - Don't think he's up to it

Midfield
Sam Wedgbury - Keep - injured till early 2017, but deserves a new contract. Quality player
Rob Sinclair - Keep - Very good at this level, keeps us ticking along.
Marcus Kelly - Keep - Pennock never gave him a chance, he's a class act and would get into any team in this league or even league 2
Keanu Marsh Brown - Keep - Young and makes things happen. Scored important goals
Elliot Frear - Keep - Would love to keep him, if we don't go up, I'm certain he'll be play FL. He also lives in Cheltenham, so put 2+2 together..
Anthony Jeffery - Keep - Haven't seen enough of him, but he's got a contract so he's staying
Darren Carter - Let go - Big earner, and rarely turns up which is very frustrating!

Strikers

Jon Parkin - Let go - Age has caught up with him.
Kieffer Moore - Keep - Can play ST or CB. Very useful and still young
Brett Williams - Let go - Isn't good enough. Doesn't seem to care or generally have any interest in football..
Kurtis Guthrie - Keep - Decent young player

Agree with all of that, might be difficult to keep hold of some of our best players if we don't go up or if we take a long time appointing a new manager though. Frear, Clough, Bennett, Sinclair and maybe Guthrie are going to attract a lot of interest.

If the new man is anything like DH or AP, which I really hope he isn't, he'll want to bring his own squad in and a lot of quality players will leave like happened with Taylor, Russell, Norwood, Stokes etc.

Btw you missed 2 out, Louis McGrory & Dale Eve. I'd definitely keep McGrory good potential and under contract, Eve is very young and has potential, played well in GSC games but not sure we need 3 keepers.

I like Gray but I'd be surprised if we retain him. He's had a nightmare since getting injured against Grimsby. The fact he couldn't get back into the first team speaks volumes.

Lenny Pidgeley - Let Go - We don't need 3.

As of today I understand that he is the goalkeeping coach, and although I don't know too much about his ability in that respect he has to be an improvement on the bloke who just left the club. If he can coach Arnold into distributing the ball a bit quicker, if there is a player available, and winding his kicking down a notch or two, then it could be a brilliant result all round.

I have seen AJ play a couple of times and he looked to have a fair bit of pace, maybe a replacement for Frear if the worst happens and he leaves at the end of his contract.

I've heard no mention of Fairhurst since he signed for you. Assuming he's hardly played because of fitness issues.

Surprised you want to keep Bencherif more than Burrow for no other reason than the former seemed to be getting a right slating earlier in the season.

Pretty sure Burrow is one of the two players he'd most like to keep, but sees there being little chance of that happening. We'd take Burrow.

The above list suggest he'd rather keep Bencherif.

Simpson will be telling Cox to go for them both.

The Sheriff never faded when he finally came into his own under Harvey. The likes of Burrow, James and Wroe went missing at the time of need I'm afraid, possibly due to tactics but they have to own some of their no-shows. Burrow has always tracked back well though, which some of our midfielders and defenders could learn a bit from. Still think he's been professional with us, but may now lack the inspiration and it's players like him you don't want to be spending all that money on if they've lost some of their hunger at the Shay.

Fairhurst? Overweight, plays too deep, most times he's been fielded he hasn't come close.
