We weren't at it today. Some nice footwork but our players seemed unable to see where each other were. Rochdale were a bit more composed than we were but still took a jammy deflection to go 1-0 up and then added the second in the last minute of injury time once we'd gone all out to find the equaliser.

I think Rochdale made us not at it by their closing down. Our players had no time on the ball and couldn't really cope. We never really looked like scoring

Also 27k is enough to sign a decent player at this level till season's end.
The total we've earned from the 2 FA Cup wins is £45,000 and with £36,000 coming from the 500 club we have a bit of money to play with, when was the last time we could say that? Plus don't forget we paid off our debt in full to that cnut Steve Hayes the £1,000,000 we owed him with money from the Jordon Ibe transfer and there's a little bit left from that.

Just read that Kashket's hat trick is the first by a Wycombe player in any competition since March 2012, i knew it had been a while but that's ridiculous.

Shocking again from Argyle. Absolutely clueless tactics from an increasingly clueless manager

The Luton players didn't turn up in the first half but in fairness to them the supporters didn't turn up either while Solihull's fans were treating it like a cross between the World Cup final and an Old Firm derby. As soon as Hylton scored to make it 1-2 it was a cruise to victory over a very poor opposition.

I wonder if the Solihull number 22, Omari Sterling is some relation of Raheem Sterling. Pathetic attempt to try and get Sheehan sent off by going down clutching his face, well done to the ref for not buying it although really should have at least booked the guy as well.

And then had the audacity to take an even worse dive in the second half, which he was booked for. Sheehan was not impressed the second time either.

Comfortably beaten by the better side today.

Rochdale showed why they are where they are.

It is a good learning exercise for us if we go up because it highlighted how far off that level some of our players are.

Dale are at the top end of League One though whereas earlier in the season we bossed Port Vale.

Port Vale didn't look serious that night imo.

I always think gaps are bridged more in the JPT and league cup because teams take it less serious, where as in the FA Cup it's more often than not as intense as a league game. It certainly was today and Rochdale took it very serious.

As I say I think we'll benefit from this experience. It's clear that we're lacking a bit of athleticism and mobility in midfield if we want to step up to league 1 and probably a bit of pace throughout the team. Luckily a few of midfielders are out of contract in the summer so if we do go up we'll have freed up wages to bring in better.

No complaints today, well beaten by the better side. Whilst I don't think we were at our best, Rochdale looked much better and gave us few opportunities.

Onto the league....

Yeah but as I say, you are comparing us to a team who are good by League One standards, doesn't mean we're as far off the pace of the average L1 team.

I'm not that bothered we lost, the league is more important this season and one thing it tells us is that if we do go up then we'll have to get

Any side who comes to home park and just wants a draw, the obvious tactic is get a man sent off we simply cannot score against 10, and as Orient found out only barely against nine.

My nine year old messaged me a report, which pretty much mirrored what was on Pasoti: we were dire.

To make things worse, he is an Arsenal fan and as you can see I am not. It was gone midnight where I am and he was watching the live game on TV and he kept reporting the gooners scoring more goals. The conversation went something like "how did your brother's game go his morning?" "Its 3-1"' "grr..."' "4-1 now", "how was your scampi for tea?" it's 5-1 now dad, dad are you there....dad!"

Watch us draw man u for round three (or even worse for me, West Ham) at home and then lose to Newport.

Absolutely devastating to lose in the 96th minute. First half we didn't get out of second gear and were cruising. Second half they scored immediately and dominated from thereon. We were awful from the moment we conceded.

The ref was shocking for both teams, but how Spence got away with his shocking challenge on Dayton (similar to Aguero's, but not as high) I'll never know. Not only was it a blatant red, the ref didn't even give a free-kick.

That's not the reason we lost though. We're in real trouble now, and January cannot come soon enough.

Coventry at home for us today. They've lost their last four in the league and took a replay to get past Morecambe in the first round. So there's hope for us though, being the home ranked side and our dreadful home record, they'll start as favourites.

I'm quietly confident but frankly we could get pasted too. :-D

Stinking cold this weekend means I wouldn't have ventured out if the match was yesterday. Actually disappointed that I missed Robbie Nightingale's City ending a 15 game winless run against Merthyr.

Not sure what to expect from either side on this one. We can field a decent 1st eleven after a week's rest and consolidation - and Uche's on fire.

Never liked Mark Venus but always had a soft spot for the Sky Blues - from George Curtis and Ernie Hunt through the days of Mark Hately, Willie Carr, Dion and Cyrille.

We're capable of a few goals and a win without a replay, especially if Dunk starts and we can get the first goal. Otherwise, I'm not expecting a loss - so who knows? 0 - 1?

If you can't go two hours at the football without needing a shit you wanna see a doctor.
Some kids in the east stand can't go 20 minutes without whinging "I need a poo" to their dads.

I'd be like either hold it til half time or go your fucking self you little c***.

3-0 up against Coventry at half time. Luke Berry with a 37 minute hattrick.

Coventry pop the ball about nicely at times but look so soft. Every time we put some pressure on they seem to give up possession.

To the surprise of absolutely no one we are 3-0 down.

Hignett sent to the stands, with a bit of luck after today he'll also be sent to the job centre, we live in hope.

He looks to have lost the plot. Nsala should of seen red and you just don't look up for it so far which for such a big game with a big pay day potentially waiting is criminal. We've been awful for weeks and are missing eight first choice men. :s

There are no good managers left. Unless you fancy taking on Ronne Moore again, he just left Eastleigh.

Like I said in the other thread, we are and continue to be fucking dreadful.

Hignett is clueless, his team selection today was borderline lunacy, we expected to lose today but 3-0 down after 30 mins is soft as shite.
