A lot of Stags fans feeling a bit down because we’ve seemingly not signed anyone in time for this (never rule out a late announcement mind) which if that’s the case it’s going to be Akins upfront alone, again, which admittedly does feel a bit depressing.

Always more confident away from home, any side in this division could turn up at Field Mill and get a result right now so I’m glad to be away.

It can't be stressed enough what a dog's dinner the Tuesday match was. I gave up 5 minutes into the second half.
We might get a point, we might get all 3, but I doubt it will be an enjoyable watch.

Sport is part of the entertainment business, something a lot of players/managers at this level decide to forget and often take any joy out of it with some of the antics. I can’t remember the last time we had a genuinely entertaining team.

Our season continues to be cursed. Not pulling up any trees but shading it against an Accy side missing a few and late getting to the ground, then Innis pulls their lad down in the box for a pen whilst standing behind his keeper who's just comfortably caught the ball in.
