Not actually sure. The other day I wore shoes which gave me blisters on both of my achilles so walking was very painful. Obviously I'm a soldier so instead of just giving up I adapted the way I walked. My suspicion is I'm suffering from DOMS because my poorly little calfs weren't used to my adaptation. I've never not been able to walk though, it's a bit shit.

Fucking useless GPs. Took the father in law yesterday as he was suffering from bad diorrhea after being put on iron tablets due to a 'low' blood count which showed up in a recent blood test

Saw a different doctor to the one who prescribed the tablets who said he needed to go for an emergency endoscopy. His blood count was 8.2 which is so low I'm surprised he's still breathing. Tablets for ffs. Just because he's 86 with mild dementia he obviously aint worth bothering about. Fucking scandalous. Looks like bowel cancer and probably wont make much difference but that first doctor could at least do his best.
