Maidstone will do alright, won't be in any trouble I suspect.

Maidstone get their money from having huge crowds. No artificial bankrolling there.

Not quite true.

New terrace is costing 600k - you can't spend that sort of money relying on ticket money alone. Their crowds are only 2500 or so as well - great for the level, but hardly huge!

Okay so huge is an exaggeration, I grant you that. Still, compared to any of the other 3 playoff final sides... perfectly normal.

You can probably fit the population of North Ferriby into our Co-op Stand. Twice.

Been to North Ferriby twice in our Evo-Stik days, once in the league and another in the Trophy.

It's as tiny as you can get, cabbage patch squeezed in between allotments. They'll surely be forced to do it up somewhat?

Dont teams get a yeara grace now for improvements? I say grounds in divisiom below should be at conference premier standard or there abouts

Gonna be roomy at Fyldes new gaff, crowds of 250 in a 6,000 capacity?
Having the new ground I would like to say we will have alot more than that. Still be quite roomy though. The old ground wasnt the best to get to.

Now the grounds almost done I hope they will spend abit more on the squad. I know they have not spent as much as they could due to the ground. If you have the money why not.

Will be a tough season next year and im looking forward to meeting you all at mill farm next season. Also good luck to NF after the promotion

Except that it will be Aldi rather than Asda!

The mission was always to make a new team on the Fylde coast and to rebrand Kirkham and wesham to atrract more from the area rather than the town. In time its growing and with the new stadium will attract more. Also helps with blackpool current situation that many wont ever go back but still want a club to watch on a saturday.
I get it most of you will hate us for having money and a aim to make a very small club bigger. But were try enjoy it while we can.

So now that you're in conf north again next season do you think you will be trying to Sign Jason Walker after his release?
(he has been mentioned on Southport, Wrexham and Guiseley forums as a potential signing - but you have the geographical advantage)

Building a bigger stadium doesn't mean fans will come.

Furby in the National league. Going to be interesting watching the likes of York and Lincoln rock up there. Will be a lot of all ticket games for away fans. Oh and parking around the ground is a mare.

Will Ferriby even be allowed to play in that stadium next year?

In our case it will. I know alot of people that havent been going but will next season.

Our current ground in down in warton which is a different area with very poor transport links so it has put people off. Now the new ground will bring the club back to kirkham & wesham which is where we should be as it was kirkham and weshham fc that got transformed to afc fylde.

With it being just off the m55, train station in town. And walkable from the centres and bus from other areas. Will make it alot better for us. Im not saying 3 thousand will suddenly turn up but alot more than we get now will

I am sure you are right Coaster, the old ground was a nightmare to get to, new one is very impressive. Looking forward to our "derbies" again next season, do you think Challoner will survive?

I cant see us sacking him. As the chairman said promotion wasnt essential this season. As were still "on course" for this 2022 plan. But I could see him leaving but I hope not. I think if we dont go up next season then there could be trouble for him
