Well played Franchise. Best L1 team I've seen apart from Wolves last season.

We were fucking dire throughout

Agreed not dire but you created the better chances with foderingham keeping us in it. We weren
Got to say your fans were pretty good, too.

I'm a convert

Except for the drum. They really should ban them they add nothing to the atmosphere. Mk dons, crawley are two that spring to mind in the drum hall of shame.

Yep, well played Dons. On that form, I'm glad we don't have to face you again.

Not sure how Swindon Town fans can say they are the best footballing team in the division, we have comfortably beaten them TWICE, 5-1 on aggregate. Think that says it all.

Great performance all round, pretty similar to the first game at Stadium:MK, completely dominated the second half.

This result only means something if we kick on and beat Scunthorpe United though. I might start to believe again then, if Swindon and Bristol City do us a favour and beat PNE.

P.S. Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

It's back on for us but we really need to win most if not all our games and we need Preston to throw it away.

Well I suppose for Swindon it was simply a case of a practice match for them as they won the title back in November, no wonder you waltzed through their defence with ease...

Now I will wait for the nibbles.

We wont be able to catch preston when we play them and will most likely have secured our play off birth. We will send out a very weak team at preston as wont want to risk injuries.
Personlly cant see you passing either preston or brizzle

Crawley have beaten us twice this season. Are they a better footballing team than us? No.

Well done on the win today.

OUCH!!!
If PNE and ourselves do hang on to the top 2, it would only be fair if this fixture were to be the final in all seriousness.
You might be right. I dont think cooper needs the motivational talk that was done for him today. Next time karl robinson puts himself in front of the throw in i'd put me studs on his soft shiney brogues to get the fat fucker out of the way.
His wife looked quite tidy mind you.......obviously usual footballers wife high maintenance type but wouldn't of kicked her out of bed for eating crisps.

Sadly, football doesn't work like that and it'll probably be a Sheffield United-Chesterfield final.

If this match were to turn out to be the dress rehearsal the one crumb of comfort for Swindon could be that what happens in the league isn't always replicated in playoff form.

We did the double over Hull in our Championship playoff season.

You said you were better than us though, the results and table says otherwise at the moment. I just don't get how Swindon are a better footballing side than us, the evidence suggests the opposite.

I didn't say that at all.

Purely in footballing terms (i.e the brand of football played, the style and how attractive it is), we are the best. That's not just my opinion by the way, pundits and respected football coaches up and down the country have been saying it all season.

Today's performance may not back it up but I'm just putting it down to a bad day at the office, one of few we've had this season. You were deserving of the three points today, no one is saying otherwise.

Yeah but pundits have said the same about us this season too. You're a great side but we're every bit as good in 'footballing terms' as I've always said. Shame we aren't both consistent.

I wouldn't really be able to split Swindon or MK in terms of who plays the best football. Would probably edge with MK because of the sheer amount of goals they've scored, nearly all of which have been scored within that style of play

They have more cutting edge than us based on today. Looked dangerous whereas I didn't think we were ever going to score.

That was poop. Knew we'd lose when I saw the starting line-up. Play Williams and Obika from the start on Tuesday please. Nothing to lose now.

Congrats, and cheers to MK on the win. Thoroughly enjoyed watching it, I don't think swindon were bad (well maybe a bit suspect at the back) more that the dons were different class today, certainly happy we don't have them again this season.

But gutted that Thompson is out against us on Tuesday, but at the same time happy because he's a key member of their back line!

Wouldn't be biggest shock if lewington picks up retrospective punishment having seen the video where he clearly lobs cooper over.

Couldnt get the link above to work
