As for us, a long summer of rebuilding, should get good money for Luongo, Andy Williams and Wes off the wage bill but it's going to be a totally new team which could work (a la this season) or a lack of cohesion means we struggle.

Anyway, a good break from football is needed, really enjoyed this season, my first on here.

It depends on Summer recruitment - us and Preston would have significantly bigger budgets than MK, and statistically we have a better squad than MK.

We'll see - it'll be a roller coaster regardless!

I've been moving my daughter back from Uni this weekend so I have been very busy so a really late well done to all at PNE for their fantastic and well deserved promotion.

Swindon I thought would do it on the day, as they were easily the best side I saw play against the skyblues this season so if they can keep the core of that side together they will do very well next season.
To lose in the playoff final must be gutting and as a Cov fan I have never had that feeling, or infact the feeling of winning in the playoff final.
Infact the only promotion was in 1966/7, a bloody long time ago when I was 3.

Alright lads! Been busy lately. il just say this. Fairplay to Preston. The deserved it thoroughly. Three best teams went u. Despite being back in league one, I think next season will be interesting. All our players will leave. All the loans, foderingham, Byrne,Gladwin, Luongo, Kasim, Smith, Williams.

But with all the money that comes with I think we will invest we'll and bring in some good talents! Cooper and power know what to do and know the sort of players that work well together. It was obviously a shame we lost and I was gutted but I knew it was gunna happen. Preston just have too much quality and Beckford is just ridiculous.

Preston fans are one decent bunch of fans too. Shook a couple hands on way out and spoke to a couple too. FAirplay to them not rubbing it in.

Onwards and upwards to next season!
