If you want a serious answer, we have two brothers (Ashley Kirk and Phil) who have joined the board. One was form CFO of an oil firm in the North Sea & America and worth £100m+ and the other is a very successful, but more local, business man.

They put £1m in last year to rebuild the training ground and other bits. I'm lead to believe they have put up more funds this summer to support the existing budget which was around £1.5m to basically get us back into the FL.

We also have had 250k from Tshimanga just land as Posh didn't pay up until this month, money from the Wembley trip/play offs etc and the fact we averaged 7k+ against a 5k budget last season meaning we actually have a bit of money anyway. This is all a drop in the ocean compared to the money the Kirks apparently have, and are willing to back the club with. They seem very switched on and astute so no concerns about our money spent. We've also had 7 out and on 3 in so far so have balance the books this way to an extent.

That said, we will have 2/3 more coming in shortly - hopefully Dallas if he doesn't go to Gillingham or Walsall
