Normal service resumed at Fortress Rec this afternoon thanks to an excellent 2nd half performance. Good to see Rendell score too! The highlight of the game for me was Kanu's first touch after coming on when he just destroyed 3 Solihull players right in front of Waddock - he looks like he will be some player for us!

Tom fucking Champion costing us, not long after coming on as sub and giving the ball away for Bromley's goal. That said, reads like a draw was a fair result but Wood and Rhead off injured for the second consecutive game.

Fully expected a tough game today and Torquay certainly gave us one, harsh scoreline on them. Credit to their fans as well, came up in good numbers.

We got the job done, not at our best but did have plenty of chances to kill it off. Goal came from Lloyd slotting in after Durrell’s poor penalty was saved.

Seven unbeaten and seven clean sheets in a row, can't knock that. Southport away in the cup next up.

Great 3 points. Eastleigh fans if you can't take a bit of banter don't give it out. The adults amongst the 12 year old ultras a complete embarrassment. It was an even game nothing between the two teams, we hit woodwork twice as well as scoring. Hope to never go back to that money pit again, good luck in the Ryman come 2018.
