To be honest, I can't really understand what the gripe is - it hammered it down for about 3 hours and made it waterlogged. I'm annoyed, just cos I made plans around it, but short of preventing the rain, what could be done???

A lot of the anger is down to pure frustration. Supporters coach left at 6:15am, people had weekenders planned (some sad souls were already in Barrow). Not to mention money spent. Plus the related anger that we're being told our pitch isn't welcome if we were to be promoted yet the game would likely have been on if there was a 3G pitch. Some of our more sensible fans realise and know that there wasn't much that could have been done, just one of life's unfortunate things.

I understand that, but it says everything they need to know that matches at Wigan, Blackpool etc were also postponed. How about when a match is postponed half-way through because of weather? Is that tinpot?

I know it's just Twitter, where even the stupidest of people are given a platform to spout shit, but I'm embarrassed for them more than anything.

We've had the ball the their box more than Fylde did last week. Just absolutely nothing on the end of anything.

Annnnnd the third was from a cross :msi:

And the 4th?

Chris Zebroski hat trick for fuck sake. Do you remember how shit he was when we were football league?

Louis Laing and Scott Harrison. That’s all I have to say about that. Let’s add Blair Adams in that as well, I’m sure he was at fault for at least one of them goals.

That was a great match. I'd have settled for taking 4 points from Tranmere at the start of the season. Quigley is so good.

Excellent match, this would have been a great advert for non league football. BT messed up there.

What did he do? Must have been at a different game. Rhys Taylor had a mare for that goal and I would like to compare the pen to 2-3 challenges on Andy Cook.

Ultimately we failed to take our chances and had to settle for a draw. Probably not enough.

I expect that was Ray's blue tinted specs. Entirely Jalal's fault from my view.

No win in 13 games!! this team is on a mission to somehow go from playoff contenders to getting relegated.

You had 2 goals from set pieces that shouldn't have occurred. Dunn was fouled when tipping the ball out for the corner that led to the first goal and that was never a foul for your 2nd. The ref and linesmen were consistently poor I thought.

Made for a more interesting game though. Happy with the result.

No idea, soon as I heard the fourth had gone in I turned it off, nice to see our thick as fuck captain whinging his tits off and getting himself sent off, this lot must be the worst squad of players/management we've ever had, they're certainly the fucking thickest.

Fouled? Your keeper hit like a sack of spuds, as did your players the entire game as game management kept you in it. Your lads were knackered after 75 minutes.

Enjoyed that. Really good advert for this level and a decent atmosphere. Quickly looks class but was knackered at the end. Though wedgebury was superb in the middle. A draw probably a fair result.

I was directly in line. Your lad jumped right into him.

I don't disagree with the last bit, but we still could've scored late on. If Quigley can get back to full fitness he'll score goals for fun.

Can't wait for Gateshead now. Any tips for pubs?

Wedge was my MOTM. He was our only midfielder today as Kelly wasn't playing surely.

Difficult to take losing that, we created chances after forcing Aldershot into errors at the back, but ultimately they punished us for the errors we made at the back. Decent game I thought, decent crowd as well. Thought both teams gave it a good go in difficult conditions. The first goal we conceded was criminal, to be 1-0 up and concede on the break like that was annoying.

Aldershot have every chance of winning the league, a good side to watch with a cutting edge, if they hold their nerve then I think they can win the league.

Didn't expect anything today, but we showed signs of promise, but the pressure is building on us to get wins.

After going 1-0 down within 15 seconds I thought we did really well to get back to 2-1 and then to go on and win 3-2 after they equalised. Orient gave us a tough game but these are the ones we need to win if we want to challenge for the title.

Amazing support from the 1204 who travelled, hopefully we can take a similar amount to Dagenham in a couple of weeks

Proper away day that. Great support, difficult conditions but what a big result that might turn out to be.
We didn't play our best and got a massive stroke of luck for the 3rd goal but deserved the 3 points against a mediocre Orient.
Massive few games coming up for us - Dagenham, Macclesfield & Wrexham all in Feb.

Er, Wigan and Carlisle both played at home. As did Lancaster where a group of Sutton fans ended up. In the north only 2 games were off in league and cup all the way down to step 4 of the non-league pyramid.

It was a much better game than the one at our place and both sides looked like play-off contenders at least. Decent atmosphere and even the cops weren’t OTT. The refereeing was a bit hit and miss and both sides have cause for complaint.

As highlighted, Rovers were the fitter side and did put together some good passing moves, but at times tended to punt aimless long balls forward. Wrecsam played some very good long passes and balls down the channels for the forwards to run onto.

Was Rhys Taylor as weak for you as he was today, Dragons fans?

A cracking first half and a cagier second, bur a fair result. I thought for long periods we looked the better side playing through midfield, but in terms of chances created the match was even. We could have gone in ahead at half time if it was not for a brilliant save by Dunn from a Cook header; likewise Taylor made a decent , full-length save from Quigley in the second half. That aside, I thought Taylor's performance was as dodgy as hell. I can't wait for Davies to be back.

I was impressed by Quigley, who led the line really well, in addition to his finishing. At the back, Pearson and Smith were canny and did not allow Norwood the freedom he normally gets. However, Wrexham still seemed to have next to nothing in midfield other than workrate, and I think we are much better than them in that department.

Our title chances remain intact, which is what I was hoping for.
