So did Tranmere apparently but the powers that be at Dover are certain it's June and as tinpot as we are, they are usually spot on with that sort of thing.

Dover can't afford to go up. It would RUIN them, according to their owner.

Just like York, who if they were relegated to Conference North, would cease to exist as a club for some reason.
