Apart from a 15 min spell FGR rarely troubled us. Shame we don't play like that every week, heart and commitment go a long way at this level.

Congratulation Lincoln on your title win, all about Wembley way now for the rest of us.

Might have been a shite first half but we took our chances, and that's 6 on the bounce, keep arguing amongst yourselves at the top, Jordon burrows a really good buy for us from Halifax,

Very proud of our boys again today. Another three points, that's now three on the bounce and twenty two points from our last ten games. Only Gateshead have got more in that spell.
Aldershot are the best team I've seen in the league this season, some lovely football played by them but no end product today. .
We allowed them possession, defended deep and hit back on the counter creating some good chances for Cassidy, Boyes, Rooney and Asamoah. We really should have taken at least one more of them in the second half to kill off the game. Jordon Preston scoring again after hitting the post with his best chance of the first half.
Some very friendly fans that made the long trip North, a credit to their club.

Boreham Wood away on Saturday should be an opportunity for another away point then Gateshead away a week on Tuesday, THE form team and we never get anything up there.

Well, tally ho folks. In the bottom four and don't look like we'll get out. Might have lost on another day against one of the most negative teams in the league.

Scrappy game on a shit pitch, we can play a lot better then that and it's frustrating we didn't. Oh well never gonna catch Lincoln anyway, just need to try and make sure we get top 3 and a home second leg.

Decent stand's gone up since we last went there. Shame their stewards are such jobsworth cnuts though.

Can't argue with that, barely at the races and Daggers tested Sam far more often than we did Justham, despite a couple of spurned sitters. Disappointing, shape seemed wrong and Daggers much sharper.

That sitter Woolery missed after Doidge nicked the ball away from their keeper was ridiculous. Doe was back on the line but all he had to do was shoot either side of him. What does he do? Shoot straight fucking at him.

You hadn't even scored against us before today so you never know!

We seemed to control a lot of the game, but didnt take our chances. Guiseley did and thats why they won in the end. That said we hit the post 3 or 4 times and should have had a penalty early in the second half (while it was 0-0), so it wasnt our day. Its a shame our unbeaten run has ended but it isnt the end of the world. The only criticsm I have of Waddock were his substitutions, Kanu was our best player and then he gets taken off after an hour (no coincidence that we didnt create as much apart from the crazy 30 seconds when we somehow didnt score) and then he brings Buckley on with Straker (a much more attacking full back) sat on the bench. Baffling.

Anyway, onto Sutton next week and hopefully we can strengthen our 7th place finish ;)

I think the penalty shouts were a little optimistic to be honest. Surprised Kanu wasn't booked for simulation. From Shotsweb:

That was the difference yesterday. It was pretty well matched a but we didn't look like scoring. Johnson and Burrows are better than anything we've got.

Given how shit we've were earlier in the season I'm not too despondent.

As Barrow don't seem to want it Fifth place is up for grabs, Heed, Dover or Shots.

That was a bloody big goal. Can't recall the last time we snatched a win in stoppage time.

May well be a "papering over the cracks" sort of result but delighted for Nicholson, considering the shit he's wading through.

Guiseley steve is like a tory minister during the 80s and today when trying to fabricate the unemployment figures:

' if we include those stats, dont include those, register those people as unfit for work due to illness it looks like the figures are coming down'

Last week it was a form table over 15 games this week its 10 perhaps if guiseley scored most conciliation goals we may get served up a league table based on last goalscorers.

Sorry steve i couldnt resist mate, continue to be proud of your club you guys are absolutely flying at the moment

Couldn't resist!
Pick any number of weeks you like on that site and we are tenth or higher. A quite incredible turnaround.

I was behind the goal and as Kanu turned your defender he was tripped from where I was. Everyone around me thought it was a penalty but maybe from other angles around the ground it looked different. Will have another look on the highlights tonight

No passion, no heart and just a very bad day at the office, only doidge and Noble looked up for it. I'm really scared for the play offs with our record against the top 5.

And as for the stewards, this individual set off a smoke bomb, slapped a steward and tussled with police so was rightly kicked out.

They've looked absolutely garbage against us twice (probably because we made them look that way) - but Gateshead are getting hot at the right time.

This a team who have lost not once, but twice to Ferriby and to us for gods sake this season. And without the influential Sam Jones too.

If yesterday is anything to go by, their luck is definitely in at the moment.

That's going to be the annoying thing if we didn't start playing properly more than halfway through the season. we are only 11 points off top if we took 6 points from Ferriby like we should have then beat a couple of Braintree, Torquay, Boreham Wood at home like we should be doing then we would be right up there with a shout.

Same as us. If we had beaten North Ferriby, York, Southport, Braintree, Guiseley and Sutton, Solihull and Boreham Wood we wouldn't be in a relegation battle.

Lincoln are ruining this league. Without them it would be a THRILLING title battle between Daggers, us and Tranmere.

Overly successful twats.

Yeah but those top teams can all say the same, they have all dropped points to teams near the bottom.
