Titans move up to #8 and get their OT in Conklin... and give up a lot to the Browns.

Browns have really worked very well to accumulate these picks. Gotta make them count though, and they still get #15.

Still nobody biting on Myles Jack, most likely due to his knee issues. Wonder who does go for him.

Jack and Smith still on the board with 2 to go.

Very happy with Decker for the Lions. Was expecting Conklin to be gone and was 50/50 whether Decker would still be there. O-Line significantly upgraded, run game should be better next year. Some really good DTs about for 2nd round, which is more good news for the likes of the Lions.

Lions GM Quinn said: "If we took players off the board because they smoked pot in college or marijuana, like half the board would be gone" and went onto say that if Tunsil had been there at 16 they would have drafted him.

As someone who only watches UVA and not much else at the college level, how did the Chargers do at 3?

There were very few people who had Bosa going to San Diego because he played in a 4-3 defense at college as a DE but the Chargers play a 3-4, so it looks like they'll probably use him as a LB. Few character issues as well but I think they're the sort of ones that will just drive him to be a bit of a loudmouth and a motor on the field (bit like Watt), rather than a troublesome one. I think picking Tunsil/Stanley would've been a worse pick, Ramsey about the same, but Buckner was the pick they should've made for me.

Delighted we got Treadwell, had a horrible feeling when Houston traded up but they went for the speed guy and not sure they needed to trade to do it. The way the board fell it was the only acceptable option for us and in fairness to Rick he got it right again. Treadwell was a consensus top 10 until about a month ago and has only dropped based on his combine numbers which I think people put too much stock in (same happened with Bridgewater and his pro day), very happy.

Picks I really like outside of ours, Elliott to Dallas, Tunsil to Miami (as of 2 weeks ago they've basically traded up to #1 for free), Decker to Detroit, Kelly to Indy (most surefire pick in the draft), Lee to the Jets, Nkemdiche to Arizona (pretty much ideal environment for him I think).

Picks I dislike, don't think either of the first 2 QBs will amount to much but was obviously going to happen, Coleman to the Browns (such a Browns move after trading so well), Neal to Atlanta (reach), Burns to the Steelers (flown up the boards way too late for me to be confident in him), and most of all, Garnett to the 49ers, a terrible pick before you even get into the fact they traded up to get him!

Still a lot of good players on the board, mostly on defense, I would love it if we could get our hands on Jack even if it means trading up 7/8 spots, but I am not sure he is going to be waiting that much longer and I think he will turn out fine and be an absolute steal. I think the biggest loser out of the Jack fall will be Jaylon Smith who will probably go undrafted, much more risk with that pick than Jack but again, if, and a much bigger if, the knee holds up, that'll be an incredible pickup for someone.

I think a team with a spare 4th would use that on Jaylon Smith, I doubt he lasts to the 7th.

That we didn't take Myles Jack with our glaring need at ILB speaks volumes - even if he doesn't need an op initially, we're a team that hands out 2nd and 3rd contracts to long-time players. Even if the knee holds up in that first rookie contract, can't imagine us committing money to a 2nd contract. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Titans/Browns with their acquired extra picks being happy to use one on Jack. Btw, Browns have gotten excellent value for that 2nd pick, did really well and still got a highly rated playmaker at a skill position where they've got no-one else, and a lot of picks to come.

Happy with Kenny Clark, from a position/need aspect given Jack (and Ragland's) emerging physical issues. Plus, he's only 20 years old. Hopefully our NT for the next decade, will see Guion and Jones one DE side and Daniels on the other.

Got four picks to use today, 11 in total for the rest of the draft so fortunately got some room for manoeuvre up and down the draft. Would imagine DT and OL will be the first port of call. DT seems to be a position of depth in this draft so am comfortable we should get a decent one without having to move position. Am fully expecting some guy who was projected for a 5th round pick being taken by BB in the 2nd though. Wouldn't mind us looking at RB also though.

Gutted I missed it last night.

V happy with us getting Jackson. After the receivers went he was the best player left for me (excluding Myles Jack if he has 2 functioning legs).

Fuck me this is a weak draft class though (Carson Wentz ffs). The fact those 3 average as fuck Bama defensive players are the top 3 players left on most of the draftnik's boards says a lot.

Be great if you stupid GMs could stop Baltimore getting Jack or Henry though, cheers.

Not even Goodell using former players as human shields to announce the picks in this round are saving him from this crowd.

Think Dallas have to go defence with this pick surely.

Edit - yep they take Jaylon Smith. Would have thought they take Jack but even so good pick if he could get healthy.

Blimey. Not sure what to make of that one. Go big or go home, I guess.

Man that Giants offense looks really high powered now. OBJ and now Shepard at WR with Vereen as well catching out the backfield, good luck covering that lot.

Indeed, not sure how many RB's one team needs. Could be some nice pick-ups available when the cut-downs during training camp occur. Always wary with Alabama RB's though, not that any of them with the exception of Richardson have been disastrous, just not quite lived up to their billing.

Packers getting adventurous moving up. Unusual.

CLASSIC NEW YORK JETS. Who doesn't love very inaccurate college quarterbacks.

Fuck all left for Bengals with Nick Martin, pass rushers and receivers gone. will probs be Boyd or Calhoun which meeeehhhhhh. Rather just take Braxton Miller, at least he's got some upside. I'd be ok with Andrew Billings too - upside and a ready made replacement/upgrade for Peko.

The Bucs just traded ahead of us to the 59 pick to draft a Kicker. What the actual fuck??

Ah well we're on the clock at last in this draft.

Cyrus Jones, not the worst. And then BB does what he loves more than anything else and traded down from #61 with the Saints.

Love us getting an LT. As was said by Mayock, we've got three of our starting o-line entering FA next year, and Bakhtiari is gonna get paid. Spriggs is a replacement for him long-term, but will probably play across the line in 2016. O-line fell apart last year with the injuries but was one of the league's best a year before. Another step along with Nelson and Montgomery returning, and Lacy shaping up, that should see the offense back to it's usual standard.

A kicker. Crikey. At best it's worth what, a 4th maybe? Its the trade up that baffles me too. Teh GM knows he's gonna get trucked for the pick, so he must think this kicker is exceptionally good... a quite literally 'can't miss' prospect.

By all accounts he has the best stats in college football (should hope so really) but to actually move up I'm not sure what they were thinking. Closest I can think of as a comparison initially is the Jags using their 3rd rounder on a punter a few years back but they certainly didn't trade up for it.

Agreed on Green Bays work in this draft. Can never have too many high quality offensive linemen.

Before my time, but was the Janikowski pick (1st?) roundly derided back in the day?

Can't remember exactly to be honest but I would imagine there was some surprise they spent the 17th pick on him to say the least. Well I say surprise but this was the much missed Al Davis era.

I'm going to try and hang on for our 3rd round pick. Watch us trade down again when we're on the clock.

Damn the Bears take Bullard. I really wanted him for the Patriots. Oh well.
