as i say i think Stalybridge and BPA are gone............just a case of who goes with them.

alty currently losing to Telford which is a big game for them really (Telford with their off field problems is a one for them to catch)

Salford losing again.....no no don't laugh at the back

The title's ours now, we're in the groove. Good luck to everyone else fighting for the play-offs. :bdick:

1-0 down, sounds like we really do not deserve much more at present.

Adam Priestley you beauty!

Atrocious 2nd half but Priestley pops up with the biggest goal of the season so far at the death to win it!

GET IN THERE!

Greene basically said he's stepping down at Boston in his post-match interview.

Not enjoying it anymore, take the Club as far as he can, players making silly mistakes, a bloke behind the dug-out abusing him every home game, pitch is terrible, away fans being put in 'home' areas.

Interesting. Is there a link to the interview anywhere Luke?

Decent game at Chorley today, think Stockport deserved their win, we were definitely a bit below par today. Excellent attendance of 2464, shame we couldn't get a win. Good turn out from County, all the best in the future, except the return game,of course.
Back in action on Monday at Curzon , chance to put things right.

Your lad Alex Simmons has been a revelation since signing a 3 month loan with us. He's scored 7 in 7 and we've played great since he's come in. Hope we get him for the rest of the season but I feel we won't.

You'll have a decent chance of getting him for the season I think.

Sounded like he's had enough.

Superb performance today in beating an in form Worcester 5-1. Played some good stuff, but the real difference was the quality of our crosses into the box. Four of our goals came this way. Gillies, Thompson, and Galbraith are quality crossers of the ball, and Beck had a field day today. Big game at Harrogate next week. Expecting a thousand there from us.

I wish your manager was as graceful, you think he would have learnt after his false tapping up claims in the summer. Glad to get the Chorley curse off our backs and keep the good run going.

I was at Salford V Tamworth today - same old story for the home side, dominated for large spells, missed a host of chances and then concede a couple from slack marking.

Tamworth looked well drilled and organised, the young centre half Louis Ezewele impressed me immensely.

Awful, ugly and ineffective stuff from Altrincham yesterday. The cup wins over lower league opposition have clearly papered over a few cracks, and it's becoming very difficult to see a positive way out of this mess. Jim Harvey has signed 3 players from his decent 2011-12 Stalybridge team (we have 4 of them now, including Hobson who was already here). They were clearly all signed on memories and good faith, as they all look like players in sharp decline, as do those who survived Neil Young's axe.

Assuming you need 45 points to survive, that's 38 required from 28 games, which already looks beyond us.

Big 2-1 win over Harogate yesterday. James Hardy and Dan Bradley were both amazing today. Finally showed signs were not just a one man team.

Still 4 clear. Happy days

Wasnt the best of performances from us yesterday particularly second half were we looked extremely leggy, perhaps understandably but we got what we came for. 3 precious points which eases any nervous feelings for the moment.

Couple of huge games coming up at the bottom as Altrincham host BPA before Stalybridge travel to BPA a week later.

Really enjoyed the trip to the new ground. An interesting design with no hint of the identikit design some clubs end up with on new builds. A pleasure to have a pint and occasionally a smoke but still be intrusted to watch football. Probably the best ever football pie too.

Onto the football and was most surprised to be a goal up with the amount of injuries and off the back of the Halifax capitulation. Without meaning any Ill I expected more from fylde. Awful goal keeping howler and some odd subs by Weaver and we could still have nicked a draw. That said I did expect you lot to smash us second half and could have happened.

Good to see some of your lot say we were the best away support so far. What we lacked in numbers the hundred or so make up in noise.

Better team won, didn't deserve anything, we were woeful. Class support from stockport. To be fair, I wouldn't change the squad, apart from josh o'dear. I just think Jansen tried to say that, but made it sound bad, but I don't know.
