That's a group of death, two albums which would piss some other groups

I like every one of these and I am embarrassingly including the Killers in that.

Has to be Blondie. Scott Walker is a 17th century Graham Norton.

STEVEN'S CURSORY OPINIONS ABOUT MUSIC POOL 13™

Tool - Good album, still not sure whether this or Lateralus is better.
Blondie - Loved by all, with good reason.
Metallica - My favourite Metallica album by far. Has the rawness and the energy that none of their other albums has.
Killers - Another guilty pleasure band of mine, not my favourite album of theirs but I like it.

OFFICIAL VERDICT - Scott Walker

NUMBER OF STEVENCC NOMINATIONS PRESENT - 1

Scott Walker - The Drift.
One of my serious nominations and an actual top 20 pick. Another one for the headphones and lights out treatment.

'One of my serious nominations and an actual top 20 pick'

Thank you Steven for pleading guilty to trolling, not that I ever was in any doubt btw. Thankfully, I wasn't being serious when I offered you an apology or else I'd be feeling pretty bad right now.

I made it clear from the start of the feature that I wasn't going to submit my top twenty albums, Aber Gas asked me to "throw something together" so I did.

Had I known you were going to react as you have I'd have just put twenty Queen albums to keep you quiet!

I'm not sure what part of hoping a couple of more open-minded individuals actually check out the albums I nominate and happen to like them is "trolling", though.

I'm not being wholly serious Steven, and I thought that you could easily see this.

Still, sorry mate, but you're not making any sense now. You've just said 'one of my serious recommendations'. So what about the 'not serious' nominations? Do you like them or not? Do you want us to check them out or not? Because by 'not serious' I understand those albums that are so crappy that anyone could tell it is a joke nomination. Like a Queen or a Bonnie Tyler album for ex.

Don't get me wrong pal, you have good taste in music, and I don't want to start an argument with you. Hell I don't even like to start arguments about footy let alone something as subjective as music.

Well the purpose of the feature was to provide a list of your top 20 albums, wasn't it? My list wasn't this, so it wasn't a serious entry in terms of this feature. That's not to say I don't like every one of my nominations - just that three-quarters of them wouldn't be on my actual top twenty list. I did try to knock up a top twenty list but I couldn't narrow it down.

They are getting votes so at least some people are listening to them and enjoying them, which is great.

To clarify - my list is not a serious top twenty album list but none of the nominations are "joke entries".

Thanks Steven. I actually listened to your nominations, and am enjoying some of them. I am enjoying Alec E vs Elvis* for instance, and that Igor Wakhevitch one is intriguing to say the least. But I couldn't find the Christian Yoga* one :( I'm all for discovering new music so cheers.

don't know for sure if these two are yours but that doesn't really matter I guess.
