Whipping out my carbonara again tonight with the leftover chicken from last night's roast. Still got some left so will either be having curry or fajitas tomorrow.

Was browsing Amazon last night. The missus won a £50 gift voucher for being employee of the month yesterday. I didn't know they had a grocery section.
Anyway. I used to live in the sticks in Buckinghamshire and had a Pheasant farm at the back of our house. Duck eggs, quail eggs, Pheasant for a £1. Used to have Duck eggs/quail eggs for breakfast and a Pheasant between me and the dog on a Sunday lunchtime.
Was browsing said site and noticed they sold all the above, plus several other of my favourites. Lobster, Swordfish, Crab, Duck, Venison.
Can't find ANY of the above in Liverpool stores. Which is understandable I guess being a working class city. So was beside myself with excitement at seeing they are available on Amazon Grocery.
Trying to persuade the missus to split the voucher 50/50 as I would have a good old munch on a selection of the above. Heaven! Would make a change from the usual Sunday fry up or the usual routine of meals we have during the week.
She, however; has other ideas...

Last night we had roast beef with roasters, carrots, green beans & peas. Tonight I shall be finishing the beef off. It will be reheated in the frying pan in a thick gravy then served up with chips and beans.
