So, we’ve turned into a very inconsistent outfit of late which culminated in a disappointing but probably deserved loss vs Chesterfield. Tisdale’s post match interview was awkward and he inexplicably said “it’s not about goals, but it’s about where you are on the pitch” or words close to that. Seriously WTF...

Anyhow we have a good record at Crawley and I expect us to win here really. We need to be more clinical and I can see a couple of changes from Saturday. Perhaps Reid will start and Lloyd James will probably come back in.

Kewell has had a tough start but I’m not surprised really, having said that Crawley have gotten some decent results this season so we have to be on our game. If we can get the first goal then I will be confident of winning by a couple.

I’ll go 3-1 City...Stockley, Holmes and Reid. That big ginger Dutch bloke for Crawley. 377 City fans making the trip.

If Verheydt scores it will be the third goal by a forward for us this season. We are toothless, maybe gumless! If you score you win.

When things are going wrong the general rule is get your best side out and play a "simple" game plan. We've tried inverse wingers, withdrawn forwards and a few other wonderful systems. We've played this player and that trying to find a formula that works.

I fully expect Exeter to win. I'm hoping they play a brand of entertaining football because I quite miss that.

We really need to look at winning this after Saturdays disappointment at Chesterfield. Think I'd be tempted to bring Reuben back in as it sounded as if Stockley didn't play well last match. Midfield & defence probably picks itself at the moment.

Not making the trip & expect there will be around 300 City fans in attendance.

Matt Harrold has been loaned to Orient.

We have a young kid from Dulwich Hamlet and an untested striker from Holland (who had picked up an injury that keep him out for until the weekend before last) and we loaned Harrold to Orient.

I just wish I had a time share to offer the blithering idiots.

We don't attack really and it's all very dull and I've got to get my backside out of a nice warm armchair to go out in the freezing cold to watch....ooohhhh whoopee!

First time we've come from behind to win a game THIS SEASON. how shit must you be, etc.

Well that's my gob well and truly smacked!

Exeter gave us space to play in the first half and we did ok. Their goal was a bit against the run of play but to be honest I was then thinking we may get a draw.
The pen was down the other end from me so I have no idea. The ref did stop the corner from being taken and warned the players for holding and then when the corner was taken he awarded us the kick. Exeter fans were right there so I wait to see what they say.

Second half Exeter had obviously been told to press us when we started fannying around at the back. It stopped us doing it and worked in our favour.

Verheydt went off injured and although he had done well the introduction of Jordon Roberts was the game changer. First he scored from a rebound and then curled in a lovely free kick from the left off the box.

Exeter could have got one back near the end but Crawley got through one on one with the keeper twice. One was missed and the other the keeper made a very good save so I think we deserved it.

We scored three goals!!!! Bloody hell

Watched the match on ifollow and we were rubbish. Woodman didn't play well and was rightly dragged off and half time. Sweeney was woeful throughout though and was torn apart by the Crawley left winger. Definitely a fair result and could have been more than 3-1 based on the second half performance.

What a terrible few days.

Sounded shite and we’re starting to really look ordinary at best.

Tisdale even said it was the most disappointed he’s been by us for a few seasons, so it must have been dire as he very rarely says a bad thing in post match interviews.

Good result for Crawley so well done to them. We have to buck our ideas up quickly as we have a tough game vs Accy next.
