Probably doesn't warrant it's own thread but I do love a game with a title.

We're going into the game having had a decent Christmas and in playoff form. Crawley weren't doing great, but are coming off a fantastic win against Colchester on New Year's Day.

We've brought in Cameron Pring from Bristol City, and it wouldn't surprise me to see him start on the left of a back 3 as we have both Johnny Mullins and Will Boyle out, and Matt Bower isn't ready for starting matches yet. The rest of the team pretty much picks itself, with the only real question being either Tyrone Barnett or Luke Varney starting up top.

Fancy the Robins to be too good for the devil's in this one but I've been wrong before.

A few of our players could do with a rest...some for a very long time.

Palmer should be back from his Xmas break but McNerney starts a four match ban for being sent off against Colchester (extra game for daring to appeal). I expect to see three at the back and wing backs but I'm not sure about the lay out of the rest. Poleon has done well up top and managed to bag a couple of goals, Gambin scored two in the last game but if Palmer starts one of them will probably drop to the bench (and be pissed off about it).

I will be absent, working, but I hope it's a good game for those going. Raise a beer for me.

I was wrong! I'm happy to be wrong!

Just got back from work. No idea if it was a penalty. No idea about any of it but the result. A nice gap to the relegation places and also a couple of teams just above them....and breathe.

A friend did say we cleared one of the line in the 86th minute so it looks as though we might of stumbled to the result.

Sounded an even game, with a soft penalty (I've not seen it so only going off the biased comments I've seen so far). We're going to win some and lose some between now and the end of the season, so I'm not too downbeat.

we move onto Tranmere at home next week.

Hand ball=penalty=happy doctor.
I would describe us currently as ruthless.
Two 1 million pound players on the pitch today, can you name them.Did you notice them?
Answers on a postcard.
