you have no idea what you're talking about - obviously not a fighting man - move on you don't belong
No insight, no argument, nothing.

Ortiz would be a horrible opponent right now for Fury. Only an idiot would chance their first fight in 2½ years against one of the most formidable Heavyweights out there. He is never going to reach ‘peak form’ against walking punchbags after fighting Ortiz first.

Trust me you don't wanna eot post to post in anything related to boxing and especially all things Tyson Fury. It was Tyson Fury discussion back in the day that resulted in me retiring several prominent posters from posting in "the boxing thread"

Do not rattle me - step away or get schooled - you have been warned.

So triggered that you can’t type properly.

Take your time and explain why Fury should fight ‘shit uns’ after fighting Ortiz first…

It would be ridiculous for Fury to fight Ortiz as his comeback fight, it took Wilder 40 fights to finally step up to fighting anyone of that level and he's been active. Fury will come back against someone probably lower standard than British level, have another 3 of the same with the standard slowly increasing and then we'll see if he's ready for a fight with Joshua. If Fury comes back anything like the Fury that beat Wlad then he schools the robot for 12 rounds.

A really good, solid performance from Jarrell Miller the other night against Duhaupas. It will be interesting to see him in there against a top 5 ranked opponent. I know Whyte's an IBF mandatory but that's a fight I would like to see next if they can get it made.

Enjoyed Dogboe/ Magdaleno, hoping his next fight is Rey Vargas, could be another belter.

Just watched the Bellew/Haye open workout…

I don’t know if Haye was holding back but he looked dreadfully slow and heavy on the pads. Bellew’s looking very sharp though.

Bellew looked awesome at the weekend, David Haye in his head still has lots to give but unfortunately for him his body is saying no and soon as he gets hit its game over.

Sad to see Haye like that, provided real entertainment in his prime but he's long past that.

No slight on Bellew though, he went in there and did the job.

Pointless rematch and a shit PPV.

Lomachenko v Linares this weekend. One definitely worth staying up for, this is elite boxing. Loma stepping up in weight again but I fancy him on points.

Also, Sexton v Hughie Fury in front of about 37 people in Bolton.

Loma is basically boxing porn. Easily p4p #1 in my eyes. Him and Usyk are my current favourite boxers to watch.

Selby looked close to dead at the weigh-in and it transferred to the night. Sluggish as fuck and lost basically every exchange up close, the cuts didn't help though. Warrington was too quick and too relentless for him. Still don't rate him though, think a motivated Frampton schools him.

^a non weight drained Selby does school Warrington - levels. We can only assess on what happened though and that was on the night Warrington was the better boxer - all respects to him - he's still just a ticket seller though - one things for sure Warren is gonna milk this Leeds nonsense for all it's worth. Apart from Galahad the IBF rankings is a real who's who of shit, reign of terror reminiscent of Calzaghe incoming!

I think Inoue is the hardest P4P puncher in the world. He just destroyed Jamie McDonnell inside 2 minutes.

Yeah he can definetly bang. I can't wait for the WBSS bantamweights, Tete, Rodriguez, Inoue and Burnett is a quality lineup.

As for Mcdonell, he's got to move up, maybe even a couple of weights. No way should a man who's 5'10 be weighing in at 118 pounds, putting on 26 pounds overnight proves that.

Well that was a farce worthy of a slot on Dave.

Fury needs to lose at least another 2 stone before he even thinks about getting in the ring with any HW who is even domestic level. Even a Price fight is still far too risky to take IMO.

Flanagan's ridiculously padded record came to an end too.

Yep, when the final score card was read out at 117-110 I was expecting the robbery to occur, as did Hooker. Thankfully the right man won, both of them get destroyed by Josh Taylor though.

Josh Taylor does Viktor Postol on points, it was a great scrap. Thought it was a huge risk putting him in with someone who stopped Matthysse but Taylor took his punches, dropped him in the 10th and edged it. The points say it was a bit of a walk over but thanks to the knockdown I had Taylor a point or two ahead.

One of the fights of the year, they are building Taylor well. Risky but a great bit of matchmaking. I had Taylor by 2, the knockdown was crucial.

Usyk v Gassiev tomorrow. Both top class, both unbeaten and all the belts on the line. Nearly every bookie has it 50/50.

Doesn't get any get better.

I can't wait for this, changed my mind so many times on who wins.

In the end I've gone and stuck £50 at 14/1 on Gassiev rounds 10-12.

What a bellend, this is why I should never bet. Completely ignored the fact that Usyk is the bollocks by convincing myself that Gassiev being in his home country he would eventually get to him.

Masterclass of a performance from Usyk.

It was a clinic. Nobody at these higher weights classes is meant to move like that.

He is simply immense, completely unified champion and no.2 P4P for me, but still a mile behind Loma. That's how good Loma is.
