Bit pointless making this thread, no Sunderland fans and the odd 1 or 2 Wolves fans. Anyway...

Got a feeling we will lose this one. Pressure is off and I think we're just waiting for the party now. Sunderland have Robbie Stockdale incharge for this one too.

Batth - Coady - Boly

Neves - Saiss
Costa --------- Jota
Afobe

Already checked out, I only checked the score once during the game last week. Would like Norris to start today, thats about it.

They seem to be in Las Vegas already. Seems Norris is not doing well..... Bring on Hause and Afobe. And Burgoyne?

Sunderland have had ten shots on goal and we've had one. Is the table upside down?

This game suggests that we are nowhere near as good as many Wolves fans (and others) think.
I think we have been very lucky with injuries this season because when we seem to have little in depth. I saw the Cup game at Southampton and thought that we weren't strong until we scored and even then the team seemed a shadow of the main squad.

Our first team is strong and will do well, but the squad is not so strong. Players like Miranda (in particular) and maybe Vinagre too, look lightweight. Haven't been a fan of Batth since we came up and remember Rafa Mir? Some great signings but how much depth?

Norris still played great in those league cup games though. My concern for next year is how you deal with potential 6 or 7 games with no win. That happens in the Prem as its rare for sides to finish with more wins than defeats for the level we are aiming at. This season that is currently everyone 8th and below for example.

Watford are on for their best ever finish which is currently 13th. For us finishing that high next year they currently wouldn't accept and those people need to actually look at the prem.

We were shite today. Batth and Miranda have hopefully played their last games for the club. Norris and Gibbs-White can see being loaned out too.

I know we can't really complain, but it's very frustrating to see the players give up in the last 2 games because the league was wrapped up. Could have joined the 100 club too...

I wasn't aware Norris was 24. Thought he was younger than that.
