We are Coventry's bogie side, its been 16 years since they have beaten us .... this goes back to 2001 in the FA Cup, but Tuesday their luck may change, they seem to have got a decent side together and are playing well at home, but away from home they have struggled, in all they have won 5 drawn 1 and lost 3, with their latest victory , being a 2-0 victory over Exeter.
AS we all saw on Friday, Swindon are a fast paced football playing team (SIC).......... cough ....cough!
but it looks like our defence is getting it together, and we are scoring goals from all postions........ going to be a tight game but im going for a 1-0 win for the town ..... Attendence could be quite decent .... about 8000

Yes our ultimate bogey side is cometh.
Can't see us breaking the losing streak with a win but I'd snap your hand off now if offered a draw.
When will we beat them. We have another bogey side Saturday, Crewe, so could be a tough week for us

With Hussey probably out a key area of the pitch will be whoever we play at left back against Jodi Jones. Matt Taylor will probably be given the nod. If that's the case I'd be surprised if Jones doesn't run rings around him especially as the game goes on. Taylor isn't exactly a spring chicken these days so hopefully Flitcroft has a plan to combat Jones' threat.

Would take a point here and 3 against Cambridge for sure.

1-1.

If you offered me a point here, I'd definitely take it. Feel like we could win, but probably just as likely to lose.

Knoyle and possibly Goddard are back. Can Knoyle play LB?

Genuinely disappointed to be missing this one, but soaking up the sun in Estepona beats the shit out of Swindon on a Tuesday evening.

Old Town Estepona v Old Town Swindon? Good luck to the Reds and safe journey - pointless please - for CCFC fans.

Vigoroux is waiting to take the piss again, I hear!

Every year we seem to take the lead at Swindon and fuck it up. The 2-2 a couple of years ago when we were 2-0 up with a few mins left was a horrible day, was fined £50 on the way back for not having my rail card on the train :ffs:

It seems to be clicking for us now so hopefully we can break the Swindon hoodoo.

I'll go for an optimistic 1-0 win courtesy of Jodi Jones.

For those Cov fans wondering what happened to Steven Pressley, he now dresses like a hobo and frequents Ladbrokes...

By God, I not only thought by the time we beat Swindon man would have not only walked on the surface of Mars but Persimmon would have built there first estate there.
Nearly sixty years and at last we beat them.

Dunns sending off in the second half was your match winner, up to then we had you on the back foot till then , we gave you a few scares in the last ten or so minutes, but fair play , you were the best team in the first half , should have had a pen, then so should we in the second half.
Fair do's you got the win ........... must be a huge relief to get that monkey of your back!!

We were terrible. Heart attack defending and wasting the talent we have up front by the continual hoofing. Coventry were worthy winners, but the general level in L2 is fucking dire. How any of those who do end up being promoted intend to stay up I have no idea.

Dreadful watching
