This was the scene of one of our top away performances last season and pretty optimistic that we can go and repeat. The red card shown to Wes Burns last Saturday has been rescinded, awful refereeing on the day, Conor McAleny is back in the fray, Devante Cole cant stop scoring -what can go wrong........
A real toughie of course GA has done a sterling job and will have his team well up for this, a draw will be a good result but I'm going for a 2-1 away win for the Lancashire team

We've been ever so poor as of late. Really struggling to score goals this season and Alexander's tactics aren't helping. Sam Mantom needs to play. One of my main criticisms throughout Alexander's tenure has been his lack of utilizing Sam Mantom. He's a quality CM and really have some creativity, something our other CM's don't posses.

This really needs to be a win. I'm not Alexander out like some people are but another loss here could increase the pressure a lot. No idea what Fleetwood are like this season. They've got some good players who I rate like Dempsey, Burns and Hunter. Not exactly sure how they're playing though.

Is Alexander still an ultra-defensive manager? I think I know the answer already though.

The ref we had last Saturday was awful, and although it's good that Burns has had his red card rescinded it doesn't alter the fact that we played 30 minutes on Saturday with ten men and it could have cost us points.

Well I followed this on BBC live text and it looked to be a really good game once it got going. Fleetwood did'nt appear to get into the match until just before half time when they had a flurry and followed up straight after the break. Most pleasing was the number of attempts from Conor McAleny which augurs well going forward. All in all a draw seems a very fair result -but I was'nt there so any Scunny who went, your take on it please

We're absolutely dire, no two ways about it. The tactics are dire, the players are dire and the way we play is dire. I seriously have no idea what Alexander is doing. We're playing so negatively and defensively at home it's embarrassing and so boring. On the surface it looks like we're playing 4-4-2, sadly that's far from the truth. Our strikers are out on the wing, our wingers are in the middle and our CM's are almost playing CB. Also, a lot of our best players are sat on the bench or in the reserves.

Tonight's game was just two poor sides. Neither seemed to have any clue what they were doing. After our goal came out of nothing, I couldn't see either team scoring with how little seemed to be created. Alas, Wallace makes a mistake and Fleetwood score without having to do anything. I think we're in big trouble this season if things don't change quickly.

Two points behind the playoffs. We will be fine. We won't trouble the playoffs but we won't be anywhere near the drop zone.

Have you watched us play in recent weeks? We are shocking.

I was not there at the game, but watched it on the iFollow internet thingy. Plus listened in on Radio Blunderside at half-time and final whistle. Cliff Byrne (ex-player) was the pundit on the radio and he thought we had improved since he saw us earlier on in the season. Also, he declared that we threw two points away. From what I saw, he was right about that. Individual mistakes cost us at Shrewsbury and this time, CB Wallace screwed up badly with a back pass when under pressure.

I agree with B Don about the quality. I watched two poor sides. Poor enough to think mid-table at best for both of them at the end of season. To think Scunny and Fleetwood are in the top half suggests that this is a very poor league this season. Maybe we just cancelled each other out, but it looked a signed up 0-0 after a poor start. I had gone for a 0-0 before kick-off, so was not surprised. After scoring the opener from a clever finish by Novak, we hardly threatened again. It looked as if it would be enough. With a criminal attempt at a back pass with about 5 mins left of normal time, Wallace saw that Fleetwood equalised.

Very poor from both sides and in particular from us. I reckoned we would finish mid-table this season, but unless we improve things up top, we will struggle. Powder puff up front looks a real problem. New Zealander Lewis was in the squad, which probably means he is close to fitness. We need all the help we can with scoring and I hope he can contribute something apart from a "good left foot" that I heard about. My views on Alexander are known and I hope Chairman Swann is starting to think about what to do come January.
