I've not seen a thread for this..

Game on Saturday away at Rochdale has been postponed as Wigan have 4 international players on duty.

A bit naughty from Wigan really as the only missing players are Morsy (Egypt) and Evans (Wales), the other two are U21 goalkeepers that are nowhere near the first team.. Thinking Cook doesn't want to risk not having our first choice central mid-fielders. However, could backfire as we could go 4 points behind on the leaders which puts the pressure back onto us.

Next game for us is Bradford on the 18th. Meaning our team will have had 2 weeks to recover. That one is a massive game.

Why would you have seen a thread for a game that isn't taking place?

Also, you won't go 4 points behind the leaders because they aren't playing either.

I have just seen that, apologies. I didn't realise that other games were also postponed.

And I haven't seen anything on here to say the game had been postponed is what I meant.

It's an opportunity for Bradford to close the gap to 3 points on Wigan and 4 on us, which I expect them to do at home to Plymouth. We play Bradford at home on the 25th.

We have the opportunity to really change the shape of the top 2/3/4 in the next few weeks with games v Plymouth (Should be 3 points), Wigan and Shrewsbury.

Hope Bradford do win, no offence to Shrews but i like Bradford and always have. Dean Windass was a legend. I hope us and Bradford go up auto. Think we habe played a blinder this week postponing it, without our two CM we would struggle. So well played Cookie.

To be fair I would prefer Bradford to Wigan .....however after their 5th defeat of the season at home to Plymouth today, they have missed a golden opportunity to close the gap. I think Charlton are more of a threat for the automatic spots than any other team in the top 7.
