Although I'm not a football expert, I have noticed two things in football. The first is that many coaches try to give instructions to players while playing. When many are frustrated that the players do not pay attention to instructions while playing. The second is that in many games, even though a team remains in ten players, it still wins.
In light of these two details I have a suggestion that the teams give up a player and replace him with a person who will guide the game, he will instruct the players where to move, sometimes to whom to deliver the ball and more. The benefit is that the game will flow more and the players will play more like orchestration.
