So, Wales v Belgium for a bit of history.

Wales are uncharted waters having won their first ever knockout game against Northern Ireland. This is arguably the greatest moment in their footballing history and they will be full of confidence heading into this one.

Belgium though are a team really ramping up through the gears. Since their disappointing opening game defeat against Italy, they made changes and look a totally different team. Starting to show why they are ranked 2nd in the world. Won their last 3 games, scored 8, conceded none and look a formidable team. They haven't made the last 4 of a major tournament since 1986, so can end a 30 year wait for that?

Can Wales hold off Hazard and the Belgians, or do the Red Devils have too much firepower and confidence to be stopped?

Belgium to win this by at least 20 goals. What with us being the worstest team ever to play in the competition..

They've already got further than us, so might as well root for them to win it now.

I will be hoping you win even though your players showed a lack of class by celebrating our loss.
Time to grow up.
And Ledley - shave your beard off you c***. You look stupid.

Just because the Welsh team are petty and small minded doesn't mean we have to join them.
I will be cheering on Wales just as I do with any home nation side (+ the Ireland) when playing foreign opposition.
I will even be cheering on "The Sheep Molesters" and "Those that can't be named" in the championship next year, although for purely selfish reasons - I really miss watching us spank them. :)

Do we reckon the English lads are too depressed right now to gather round Vardy's TV and cheer like a cure for cancer has been found when Belgium get through?

Or will they summon all the pride and passion they can muster and manage it?

It'd be a great idea if they can convince Wes Morgan to turn up. Leicester players dragging him around the kitchen was one of the moments of last season. Just not sure it'd be the same if Gary Cahill or Chris Smalling were dragged around.

(Though obviously not as good as the time STUART McCall fell off a car)

Belgium will simply have too much for Wales and will take this convincingly, by at least two goals.

However, fair play to the Welsh, this tournament will have done much for the future of football there and I can see another successful qualifying campaign for Russia coming up.

3-1 Belgium.

I think this is almost certainly the end of the road for Wales. If Wales get through it'll certainly be the end of my bank balance. It just can't take any more.

I did have tickets for the Euro 2016 final but have decided not to bother now. Too much football. I'm knackered.

Off to Lille tomorrow morning. #bandwagon

I guess accusations of bestiality and pedophilia from rival fans is the price of success.
Wow........ You've really changed since Wales got good, IMO. Like a United fan now .

I thought that video was actually pretty funny - though
I wish the Wales players questioned about it had just been honest about it, rather than come up with some placatory rubbish about celebrating because England losing meant they had got the furthest of the home nations!

Absolutely fair play to Wales for getting this far - though the only 'decent' team (I'm using that term very very loosely you understand) they've played, they lost to. I only wish England had put away the poorer teams like Wales have.

Anyway, I certainly think they'll give Belgium far more of a challenge than Hungary did, who played far too open and if you do that with Belgium's attacking players you pay the price. Hungary did show they can be got at though as defensively they're not the strongest.

Presume Wales will go for the approach they had v England and (I think) that they employed v Belgium in the qualifiers i.e. keep it very tight and try and nick something. Acknowledging Wales beat them 1-0 at home in those qualifiers, I watched that game and from memory their only real chance was the goal and that came from an awful defensive error - could be mistaken though.

I'd be very surprised if that approach works again - Belgium know all about Wales now and have far better attacking players than anything Wales have faced so far in the tournament, they'll also be hugely confident given that win over Hungary. If Wales keep it goalless for the majority of the game or nick one early on then you never know, but I'll go 2-0 Belgium.

Good luck to Wales though!

What with their fans, underdog status and performances on the pitch Wales would be the feel-good story of the tournament had Iceland not shown up.

So, that being said, fuck the c*** - go on Belgium!

Can't wait for this, they've fluked their way this far and now they can pack their bags on Saturday morning and go back to being irrelevant.

Come on Belgium!

Can this match formally go ahead before every England fan has declared loyalty or opposition to Wales?
