Monday night club is it Kev? Hammered?
That's not the script. You'll find a way to fuck it up.

Leeds
Forest
WBA (P)
Sheffield United

The top 6 is anyone's to be fair but if I had to go with something now that's what I'd roll with. That still leaves, us, Swansea, Villa, QPR.. and the rest.

Think Norwich are gonna be this seasons Cardiff - un-glamorous name that nobody expected to contend for top 2.

I’m being positive throwing us in there. We may miss out, but we won’t be far off under Dean Smith. If truth be told I don’t have a clue who will take that 6th spot.

Think Derby will come good under Big Frank; when Lawrence, Wilson and Mount are on their game there isn't much better in the division. Sheff Utd really impress me whenever I see them too, would like them both to come up.

I should be offended, but you're absolutely right.

We are ramping up. 1 goal conceded in 5 and that was a punch from Roofe and still only two lost all season. Draws turning into wins.

Long long way to go but feel like we’ve got the resolve and depth in us to keep up there for the season.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the current top seven now are the top seven at the end of the season in any order. Only really see Villa or Stoke being able to stop them as both have strong squads who can spend money in January and go on a run second half of the season.

Time to revive the colours to the mast thread I reckon.

Shame Abertawe isn't around after giving it big licks over the summer.

Good bounce back win for us. Good wins for Leeds and Norwich too. Boro or Villa to drop points. Hopefully Brentford get something against the Baggies.

Going to be tasty pal isn’t it.

Best we’ve both been since we came down/you came up?
Must be. The first match with Psycho/McClaren was a good one too

Yeah it was, I think you look a lot more legit this time out though. Going into Christmas and both teams still heading in the right direction, both probably not quite content with 6th spot.

I think it'll be harder for us to maintain it mind, Christmas and the dreaded early spring for us will be a massive challenge for a rookie manager and a young team. You've got plenty of know how both on and off the field, unfortunately you're looking good.

We’ve got a bit of a centre back crisis. Figs is suspended, Fox injured and looks like Dawson has done something pretty serious yesterday. Leaves us with that turd Hefele and.....

We’ve got a ready made replacement in Joe Worrall but for some reason sent him to Glasgow for a year

Expected a lot more than Derby today. We were on top for the first 15 minutes and should have taken the lead before our red card which changed the game completely and Derby took advantage of our sudden lack of shape and blitzed us for 20 minutes after, thought they'd run away with it batter us, really feared the worst. Then did nothing after that spell and we were the better side second half and should have got something from the game.

Harry Wilson will surely get a ban after todays game, which will harm Derby over the next few weeks. No place in the game for what he did today, needs stamping out the game.

Don´t normally comment after games as you can´t win, it is either gloating or sour grapes. But this comment moved me to comment.

Sorry, you´re dead wrong.

Wilson was fouled and stamped on by Morsi (sp). Morsi then led with his head and complained about a headbutt? Morsi was an utter disgrace today and does no credit to your club. If there is anyone facing a ban it is him.

Get in blades, up to 3rd, another away win, much better 2nd half after we reverted back to our normal tactics.

I've since seen the replay and you probably need to as well. I agree that it was a foul by Morsy not sure how the ref gave it the other way. However, Morsy did not stamp on Wilson at all. Wilson leaned his head into Morsy, not much contact but you get red for intent according to the rules. A moment of madness by Wilson who lost his head.

The dives from Wilson were the worsr though. FA said they were supposed to be handing out bans for clear dives and tbay one on the 67th minute to try and get a penalty was embarrasing. Lampard knew he should have been sent off so subbed him immediately after the incident.

Wilson is no different to many attacking players who go down under minimal contact.
Massive difference between going down easy and diving.

I didn’t see any so was he going down under no contact or was he going down with minimal contact? To call him out like that and mention the FA it must have been horrific. Guessing it probably wasn’t from the overall reaction of the game.

I always cringe when I see him go down like he’s been snipered but when teams come to PP every other week and do the same I get on board with it.

Good win for us though. We’ve not played well since Birmingham at home which is 6 weeks or so ago so to go to Wigan and come away with 3 points is a big result. Forest up next, not confident but they seem to have had a wobble this weekend too.

West Brom and derby at home next( both on tv again) with Ipswich away in between our next 3, I'd expect us to beat Ipswich with our record against bottom half teams this year being exceptional. 7 points I'd be delighted with, even 6 would be a perfectly good return too.

Not a bad way to bounce back from a reality check at WBA - five wins in a row, conceding once.

Far from getting carried away but this feels different. Keep building that lead over 7th please! Then we can worry about top 2...

Have a feeling you're right, certainly top 6 and looking good for autos, don't expect your usual capitulation this time.
