Very strange Workington they should have closed the gap on the play-off places.

Stalybridge will be fine, I think just the one team drops out of this division? And that looks like Sutton Coldfield Town.
Does make sense less travelling to do for a footy match.

i'd rather stay with curzon as it takes a good year to finally know the team and players well enough to enjoy games, but we're having our first child and looks likely in a year or so when my parnet goes back to work so we can reduce childcare she will work weekends, so its much much easier if i want to watch a game while dragging baby along to do it 5 minutes walk up the road than 15 minute bus/train trek with 20-30 odd minutes worth of walking.

so keeping an eye to see where they end up playing. I made a big error deciding not to go to Mossley Fc yesterday in evo stick one. ummed and aahed for ages before deciding on gym.............their game was 4-4.

Fair point, I suppose that would be the case regards following a different club in a different league remembering the players names.
Congratulations!! Nice one mate, my daughter has just gave birth to a baby girl a few weeks ago, indeed it's hard work raising the first child, what with getting back to work and childcare costs. Absolutely closer the better if you fancy taking a game in on a Saturday.

Yes that was some game at Mossley even though they should have won being 3-nil up at half-time. I'm surprised the match was on with all the heavy rain and snow falling throughout the week.

Yeah i liked Staly's ground when i was their last season, the away end was massive with a great view. Deffo rolling back to the div 4 footy times.
I see Justin Richards is still finding the net at the ripe old age of 37, that's if its him that use to play for Stourbridge?

Sutton Coldfield Town brings back memories visited that ground twice in the evo-stik days.

They both play in the EVO-STIK North Division. Watch the property developers rub their hands with glee one ground will go.

its probably common sense though.

Its like where i am, you have Curzon Ashton and Ashton United....both strong rivals but both get about 150 paying fans competing in leagues where you need really a good 300 fans to compete, which one club could manage, but neither individual will.

but i'd say mergers get very strongly hated by fanbases, be interesting to have seen what fans of both clubs thought.

Wonder how many proper 'non league' derbies there are.......was two teams in ossett, two teams in Ashton, I know of two sides in Atherton just outside of manchester.

I went to this game too. Not a good advert for NPL. Poor teams and terrible conditions. Hope Staly stay up though. Have been to about 3 or 4 of their games this season

League Statement: Points Deduction

Halesowen Town have been deducted four points by the EVO-STIK League for playing an ineligible player. The club were found guilty of breaching League Rule 6.9 at a disciplinary hearing for playing Kalern Thomas while he was registered under written contract with Solihull Moors.

Shaw Lane have been deducted three points by the EVO-STIK League for playing an ineligible player. The club have accepted a charge of breaching League Rule 6.9 after being found guilty at a disciplinary hearing of fielding a player while subject to an Football Association disciplinary suspension.

Sutton Coldfield Town have been deducted one point by the EVO-STIK League for playing an ineligible player. The club has accepted a charge of breaching League Rule 6.9 after being found guilty at a disciplinary hearing. For failing to get approval for a loan player from the FA in accordance with the requirements of League Rule 6.4.1 and subsequently fielding him in two fixtures.
