Round of applause everyone please. That is a club that has been stuck in the Tinpot League North for many years and they can still get a crowd like that.

Absolute travesty when you see some of the jokers in League Two nevermind the National League.

Only us (9th season) and brackley (7th) have been in longer, Gloucester have stayed at level 6 for ages but have been transferred.

That was a big game.

A lot of factors have killed our crowds but mainly us being absolutely dire for a good three years now.

The Hive is also very difficult to get to on a weekday. Took me an hour and half tonight. Wish I didn't bother.

I was actually at that game because the Isthmian league season ended a week before. We have a few people who used to go to Barnet who go to Wingate.

Our biggest problem is not appealing to the plastic armchair fan (who we obviously get a lot of in London) so we have the 3rd lowest crowd in Step 3 so our fanbase is even more disappointing.

This has been a problem for Finchley for many decades. Hendon have managed to preserve more of a fanbase.

They will quite possibly blow that away in a few weeks, but for now, WE hold the record.
