Slow ponderous predictable build-up and sloppy passing from United. Arsenal have fully deserved this victory.

We have to sell Fellaini though Not becuase he's terrible but because Refs just give fouls against him even when he's done nothing wrong and occasionally when he gets fouled himself becuase he just looks so awkward. Coqelin (sp???) got 3 free kicks where he was the guilty party in that game and once because Fellaini brushed his hand where as Di Maria got booked for going down under the same contact.

Still taking nothing away from Arsenal they were much better than we were

Arsenal did not have that game under control at any time even when United were down to 10. They were still piling forward and leaving gaps everywhere. A top team like Chelsea would have had that match on lockdown as soon as it was 11 v 10. Liverpool will beat them in the final.

United are abysmal and most of their players were too pumped up and lost their heads and started playing as individuals. Rojo could easily have gone, Fellaini made 5,000 fouls during the match. Also, has Danny Welbeck ever scored a goal where he hasn't fallen on his arse for absolutely no reason?

We edged the first half, then in the second half the United we've witnessed all season showed. Constant side to side passing, lack of creativity and mistakes everywhere. Nearly every player looked a bag of nerves. Smalling and Jones together is always a recipe for a catastrophe. De Gea was unbelievable again. He's going to Madrid which will be hard to take. Such a bad second half performance. Credit to Arsenal though. They played well and would have won 1-4 if a mortal was in nets.


Must say, Sanchez is so so good. Would have loved him at United.

Murphy was class, particularly when he made the point that the co-commentator would have half a chance of winning trophies with the teams LVG has managed. The other guy was a complete muppet though.

The ref was superb tonight tbh; he didn't take any of Man Utd's cheating nonsense and diving, well done, great to see, he got everything correct.

Really? United barely had a sniff in the second half, we defended very well. If by 'not having under control' you mean consistently clearing long balls deep into our half without too much trouble then you're right. We could have won by a couple in the end if it weren't for De Gea.

It's worth pointing out that Chelsea went to Old Trafford and got a draw earlier in the year. Conceded in the 90th minute. Seems like double standards to me.
