I'd like to take this opportunity to tell all who are concerned with my mental state, that I'd just like to inform you all that I'm fine, I'm honestly, honestly fine.

I'll believe that when I see you posting today.

Yeah, shit for them with their 18 league titles, 5 Champions Leagues, shitloads of other trophies and generally fighting at the top end of the league most seasons.

Has anyone seen The Iron lately? Ever since his beloved Liverpool side were booted unceremoniously out of two cups I've not seen him piping up as he usually does.

Very strange not to see the young lad.

You can't eat too much Sauerkraut, Leo. It's good for the belly. Must've been some bad fish in the fish and chips :D

Come back to me when you've gone from being a potential Champions League challenger (we had a good go, then we signed Heskey...), to mid table in the Championship within 6 seasons!
I'm not saying what we've experienced is worse than what Villa and Leeds have went through (along with many other clubs tbh), but if you don't think it is testing or painful being a Liverpool fan over the years when the club has a 27 year monkey on its back, is constantly reminded about it by other supporters here and elsewhere, particularly supporters of clubs who've won the PL (and even JimJams the sod with bloody Leicester! :D ) and get reminded about the capitulation in the Europa League Final last season which would have pushed the club on, or 13/14 (08/09 doesn't bother me as I never felt that season Liverpool were going to win it funnily enough), or some of the other many failures we've put ourselves through over the years; then you are wide of the mark. I'm getting better at channeling my disappointment the older I get as I know there will always be next year, but there are times I wonder why I bother with it all! :D

I see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel this season as I know generally things have been progressing, though this has been an unbearably woeful month, and perhaps that light looks a bit more distant now; but its there, which hasn't always been the case over the years.
