It requires either strong technical ability (close control, making passes in very small areas) or very good aerial prowess. I doubt either player is going to help you with those. It's always hard to play against a brick wall. Better get you used to it I say.

I think with the potency of our triumvirate last season it became more than evident we just needed intelligent and inventive players to sit in behind and feed them and I think Keita has all the attributes needed to break down a stubborn defense, as for Shaqiri ,then he can be as good as he allows himself to be ,for me he's arguably one of the hardest players to shift off the ball once he's in control of it .
