Fair play Liverpool, forced City into crumbling.

City seem too afraid of the Liverpool counter attack to go forward in great numbers.

Stones and Otamendi having a horror show.... Ederson looking more like a Liverpool goalkeeper.... Aguero laboured.... Sterling bottled it.... bad day at the office all round. Pains me to say it but Liverpool have our number at Anfield.

We never make things easy. The attackers in our team must be fucking livid looking at the shite we have at the back. Cruising then ending up holding on for the win.

Still, fuck it. First team to beat them this season, and made them look average for the most part.

Great fucking win, we made City look like a National League team for most of the match.

That last ten minutes really took the shine off what should have been a decisive win and is precisely why I don't ever feel comfortable, no matter how many goals we're up. Fuck the defence. And fuck the keepers. Until it's sorted, we will never be comfortable. VVD is a start, but it means jack shit as long as the two fucking jokers we have between the sticks aren't kicked and replaced. Klopp really needs to get his head out his arse with that shit.

Fair fucks to Liverpool better team on the day. Deserved their win.

Would be hard pressed to argue Liverpool out battled us however too many off days by those that have been excellent for us this season.

Onto the next one.....

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
Can’t win em all.

Martin Tyler can go and suck a dick, mind. Bet the commentary box was slathered in spunk. ‘This result will reverberate around world football’... Fuck off.

Good performance from Liverpool. Almost an amazing comeback. Meh. Roll on the next one.

Guardiola's game management let City down. After we went 2-1 up and Mané hit the post from a counter press it's basically a no brainer to start hitting it long for a few minutes to calm things down. But City kept passing it around as if to make a point and we win the game at 3-1 really.

Not sure it was a case of us losing it, but trying to play out from the back when under the cosh was suicide.

I can't wait to hear Saltire's comments on the bag of shit known as Karius. There aren't many top flight keepers that make Mignolet look good but unfortunately for Liverpool he plays for the same team.

Still the long term future between Liverpool's sticks, eh Salts?

Can't blame guardiola for that. City threw it away in 5 minutes of sloppy defending. Stones was all over the place for the goal. He's just back from injury so maybe not ready for an intense game like that. What would worry me more if I was a city fan is there lack of creativity against tight defences. David Silva was a big miss but really this team have a long way to go to be as good as peps Barca in the attacking third

Oh, and Ox has been very good as well. He can still keep his head up a bit more than he does but his directness works well for us.
Yeah Ox was superb today. As was Robbo in that second half.

To be fair, they've done a better job of that themselves than I ever could over the last few months. Only Saltire and Klopp can't see it. And only one of those matter.
