Silky's two sides play on different days - thoughtful scheduling from the super-computer.

Derby deserve that .

Well done to them and also Burton/Blackpool for their upsets.

Close game between Man Utd and Derby. I can definitely see this being an intriguin mid-table Premier League clash next year, provided of course that Man Utd can improve.

Mmmm, Liverpool's Harry Wilson knocks Jose Mourinho's Manchester United out of the cup and rubs it in. Lovely stuff. :D

As far as I know Big B only restricts himself to visiting RedCafe on days that end in a y.

I didn't watch the game, going to be a masochist now and watch the "highlights".

This will be fun.

That was a really good game last night, gutted it went straight to penalties as I think we would have finished the job in extra time.

Robinson was absolutely outstanding, Barkhuizen back on form, Barker is a threat, Pearson was quality, Maxwell did well and I like the look of Jordan Storey.

Lots of positives, defence still a concern, not too disappointed to go out.

Now you can get on with your flat cap protest. Losers.
The fuck are you going on about?

Saw you had 30 geeks protesting outside the EFL headquarters the other week, time to realise no-one gives a fuck.

Liverpool team: Mignolet, Clyne, Lovren, Matip, Moreno, Fabinho, Milner, Keita, Shaqiri, Mane, Sturridge.
Substitutes: Grabara, Firmino, Salah, Gomez, Henderson, Solanke, Jones.

Haven't seen their team but I'd get my money on 8-0 to us.

So far Chelsea look the only side in this!

This is a hark back to the past decade this, where any attack results in palpitations!

Strange half. Outplayed by Chelsea in that opening half hour, but got more into it in the last 15 mins. Need to take those opportunities before Hazard comes on though.

Chelsea started the game much more lively than us and looked much more like scoring than us, at least for the first 30 minutes.

After that we took over more and more, Shaqiri is a beast, Mane needs to stop crying and Fabregas plays like a 20 year old though he is like 65.

Did quite well at Mk Dons considering Spurs played a much stronger side than us but then our best defender got harshly sent off it seems having just come on .

Crazy last 10 minutes .. and they had the better penalties.

You know what yesterday was? It was a reminder of what supporting Liverpool was like before van Dijk and Alisson came in. A reminder that no matter how well we play, and how in control we seem, we can always slip up.

A set piece and a moment of individual brilliance (that a cohesive defense would've stopped, imo) and we're out. Despite being the dominant side for about 60 minutes prior. Incredibly annoying.
