Burton sold out, 1,671 allocation.

Makes it 4/4 sold out so far but I feel that may end with our next away game which is Coventry and a rumoured 6,000 allocation.

Gills have only sold 150 for tomorrow. It's a bloody long way but thought they might be bringing a few more given their half-decenr start.

We never win at Barnsley, we don't have much of a chance tomorrow, and it's a long way. We sold similar numbers pre-game for Accrington but ended up with 400 or so due to pay on the day, but don't think that'll happen tomorrow with the prices and the fact that getting to Barnsley by train is a pain in the arse tomorrow.

In general I'm surprised our away crowds hold up as well as they do. Every away game we go to we have to go via London, either paying 'The London Tax' on all train fares (£20 odd just to get to London slapped on every ticket) or trying to navigate the M25, which is fucked 9 times out of 10. People soon get fed up with that every other week!

Its been all ticket for away fans for a few years now. Doesn't matter who we are playing. The decision to make it all ticket for away fans was enforced on the club due to the fact that the stand is now shared with home fans. The main issue is health and safety but the club can also plan how much of the stand they can segregate. Demand from home fans to attend games is on the increase yet KR is a small ground with a 10k capacity so very few games make it to pay on the day, even for home fans.
Our fans have got quite used to all ticket arrangements for away games, but perhaps your fans aren't used to it. I thought this was an increasing trend in the modern era. Not one I like personally.
Here Luton go again. They think they are Man U

That's fair enough, and I do admire any fan of yours or the likes of Plymouth/Carlisle/Ipswich etc. that make the long journeys every away day. We never (not since 1920s) win at Coventry so I'll be surprised if more than 1,500 of us trek down there in a few weeks even if we're still doing well.

Isn't it a 45 minute train journey from Doncaster to P'boro? Seems pretty low that given your good start.

853 Bantams in Fleetwood. The first time we’ve failed to sell out there after selling out the previous 6 occasions. Allocations between 1200-1500 granted, but sign of the times.

1 hour but still holiday season, I’m up in Scotland for the week so didn’t go, having said that we don’t travel in huge numbers and given the last few performances confidence wasn’t high playing a team who had basically batterd all they have played so far, the result, performance and the fact we should have won as come as a bit of a shock.

1,280 Oxford yesterday, made a good account of themselves.

Even sang "you're not famous anymore" which was a great ego boost, didn't know we were famous anyway. Except for the whole Adam Johnson and being dreadful the last 10 years thing, it would be great if we were no longer famous for that.

Just 600 sold for our away match at Oxford Sunday. I guess that's what happens when it's £25 a ticket and the game is at 12pm on Sky.

Not relevant to this thread really, but 44 away fans watching Brighton's children at Luton.

Fleetwood away sold out to ST holders for 29th September. Paltry 1,100 tickets so not surprising given our start.
