What do we reckon people?
My head is saying Fulham but Villa have a few players that have been there and done it so I'm really not sure.
While the football purist in me says Fulham should win, I've a feeling that Villa will nick this!
Post your predictions with your name and see who (like me probably) knows absolutely bugger all?
Apologies Cottagers.

1 nil villa, most undeserved playoff win ever with Fulham having 73% possession 27 attempts, 14 on target and 11 corners. Villa 3 attempts , 1 on target and 6 corners, the goal coming from a corner.

Close one to call, Villa on penalties.

I can see Fulham nicking this. Be a good game but I can see Fulham doing them 2-0.

From a QPR point of view, I think I would rather Villa went up. I think they will be good next year so do not want them in the league whereas I think Fulham will sell a lot of their big players and love Jokanovic as well which means we might finally finish above a London team.

Bruce been there and done this kind of occasion as have his players, think they'll get the job done and hopefully so as they are more likely to be a force again next season than Fulham.

I'm hoping the deflation of losing in a playoff final at Wembley sends Villa into a downward spiral similar to Reading this season.

Would love Fulham to botlle it again, but think they'll probably win it 2-1. Mitovic & Sessegnon with the goals.

Just remembered if Villa go up we get an extra £1.5m from the Scott Hogan deal. We've done quite well out of promotion bonuses over the past few years.

I wonder if we have a promotion bonus on Hourihane and Bree? If so, COME ON THE VILLA!!

Doubt it, you sold one of the Chamionship's leading goal scorers to your hated neighbours for £500K.

Not sure sure about that. Villa's parachute payments go down next season if they're still around, and given they farcically struggled with FFP this year surely next season is going to be hard on them if they're still a Championship club?

With those who are out of contract but on massive wages, they will be saving. If they don't go up, I would assume Terry will leave, then people like Hutton and Agbonlahor have their contracts expiring. Pretty sure Richards' and Sambas expire so they will be saving a lot just on that and you would think they will offload McCormack too. I don't think they would need to sell many or buy that many so they will be a massive threat. Having said all of that ... I have no idea what finances they would need or how far they are from failing FFP.

Fulham, I just get the impression they would lose Fredericks, Sessegnon, Cairney etc plus Mitrovic will be going and I cannot see them keeping hold of Jokanovic. Not based on facts or rumours, I just assume they would go and Jokanovic was making noises about the club not buying who he wants last summer, and I couldn't see that changing either.

Changed my mind, want Villa to come up because no rivalry will be boring next year. Tired of media going about Sessegnon aswell.. that left back who has scored 17 goals this season.. what a load of shit.

I'd prefer Villa up, as I do think Fulham will lose Jokanovic if they fail but will want Forestieri if they go up.

I was drinking with a few wolves fans on Saturday, and most of them want villa to come up. They want the rivalry.

But did you realise that Sessegnon is only 17 years old? I’m surprised how little that’s mentioned...

A worthy play off final, flair v solidity but I think 2-2 on this occasion.
I hope Villa do it and Fulham have their team broken up.

I think Fulham will win 2-0 with about 73% possession. Villa will not be as strong next season if they don’t go up as their parachute payments will have expired

Experience always key in Championship playoff finals. Think it’ll be a similar to Derby QPR a while back. Fulham like Derby a far better footballing team but Villa’s veterans will find a way to win I reckon. 1-0 Villa, Terry given MOTM by Sky inevitably.

I'm a little surprised by the number of people thinking Villa will win TBH. Fulham are the better side and play far better football but I agree with those that fancy Villa.
Quite a sad indictment really.
