Arsenal are celebrating victory. Sutton are celebrating defeat.

That's the difference.

If we beat a team in the Combined Counties League I would produce collected applause. After all it's expected. Arsenal were expected to win last night. The players and staff showed the right decorum, shame some fans got a little over excited

About as classy as celebrating beating a toddler in an egg and spoon :D
The toddler shouldn't be patted on the head for coming second, or he'll grow up a loser. Like Sutton's entire squad.

Arsenal are into the quarter finals of the FA Cup, a trophy we win on regular occasion.

Your fans are celebrating a fat man eating a pie.

Pathetic.

No banter loving retards are celebrating Wayne Shaw and the pie. Real Sutton fans are getting over the fact that we've just had our best FA cup run ever, and the money that brings in.

I tell you what's pathetic and the sign of a loser mentality. Celebrating a win against a side 105 places beneath yours. Do you think Chelsea, Man Utd or City fans would? No chance. For they have the winners mentality

Yep. It's really pathetic to celebrate winning a game. Sutton don't experience it very often though, so you would say that.

Maybe the Sun's money will buy you a bit of dignity in defeat.

Maybe Arsenal fans can take notes from the clubs staff on winning with class

Btw I've seen Sutton win 2 league titles in the last decade. How many league titles have you seen Arsenal win in that time? #actualwinningmentality

About as many as times I'd even heard of Sutton before you got drawn against us in your cup final.

Just swatted you aside, bit like Arsenal vs Sutton.

So you admit your club hasn't a winning mentality? Priceless and yet sad.

As easy as Bayern found it last week.

This is priceless... I'm not even mad... It's just actually hilarious that your celebrating losing a game.

Good luck getting promoated to the Premier League again... not going to happen.

Please can I visit your planet because you obviously have no idea what's happening here on Earth.

Don't Arsenal celebrate finishing 4th every season btw?

Bit late to the party... but... well played Sutton for getting this far (& dumping Wombles out along the way).

Bit shameless to get sponsoring from the S*n (or anything to do with the brand as the case may be) but when the ££ signs are in the eyes it's easy to overlook & I know most of your fans weren't too happy with it in the first place.

Wayne Shaw is Wayne Shaw. Not much too add there, hope the gambling commission & FA don't take him out too badly for the pie incident although worryingly they can get him pretty bad for this. I mean, he's already been sacked from Sutton once for fitnesscoachgate (sorry about that!) & I doubt your board will want to re-hire him again if it came down to it.

sutton as a collective appear to have no dignity or class. disgusting stuff.
Your Kingstonian season ticket is in the mail.

But seriously, Sutton are probably the furthest from what you describe them as. As someone who heard of them more than 3 months ago (& also as a Kingstonian fan because my official line on the matter is "we hate Sutton") you can trust me on that.

Coming from a Kingstonian fan that's high praise. Are you feeling OK mate?

I can see Smat's point. Sutton were just happy to be there, they had no intention of causing an upset. Just take a look at Doswell parading around the ground before the game had even started. That's not the sort of mentality Lincoln will be adopting when they go to the Emirates. While Sutton are happy to fanny around with pies, Danny Cowley grabbed a beer out of Alan Power's hand after the Burnley win because we've got another game tonight. That's the mentality of winners.

Disclaimer: This is clearly a wind up, please ignore.

^^ I think this is an excellent point mate. Defo looking forward to playing a proper, competitive game against a team who are actually remotely interested in sporting success.

Meanwhile I'm glad to see the FA coming down on Sutton like a ton of bricks for their behaviour which brought the whole sport into disrepute. I don't think it's overstating it to say that Sutton very nearly destroyed football last night. Sickening and I hope they are closed down.
