Has Craig Clay not done all that well for you then as I thought he'd do well back at National League level, one of my favourite players in our promotion season i was really disappointed when we released him as I thought he could do a job in League 2.
On our way to Southport away we saw him at Nottingham services waiting for the team coach to pick him up and we had a good chat with him and you couldn't wish to meet a nicer bloke, or at the risk of sounding like ChrisFGR he's a top lad.

He was average at best for us, chipped in with a few goals early before Edinburgh came in and changed the way we played. Form dipped towards the end of the season when we had nothing left to play for.

Yes and I’m very disappointed with this departure.
Strengthened a league rival, we’ve already lost Rees and Dennis, so we give our next best attacker away too!
Not sure what’s going on but this has me a little concerned.

Yep.

Probably the only the player on the release list that most are disappointed to see leave. Has potential to improve and hopefully he can flourish working with Devonshire.

Likeable guy, hope he does well.

Thanks. Devonshire generally gets the best out of players so he should do well if his attitude is right.

Decent player, really kicked on last season and easily our best player in the 2nd half of the season - although didn’t exactly have much competition.

Pretty good in the air and a decent finisher when playing as an attacking midfielder. However, when we didn’t have possession he had a tendency to labour and could go missing a bit for long periods.

Still young and will improve so probably a good signing. I wonder how much you paid us.

Caused us a lot of problems every time we played Chester - would have been delighted if we'd signed him.

We had a good record on 3G pitches last season so that’ll obviously be continuing then. I play on a 4G pitch myself. Quite like it.
