I'm looking forward to this. I havent been much this season but might go even though it's on Sky.

I'm interested to see how our impressive defence stands up to Norwich's goalscoring. Plus if we win we'll be back bang on target for the season with the same points per game as last season despite a much worse (or just a Bobby Reid depleted) attack.

I still see O'Dowda as a starter if only he would do something for once, Id put him in for anonymous Weimann.

1-1.

This is the sort of game we turn up for so I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us end their run, but of course we could just as easily fold like a pack of cards. We should be confident though after a decent win.

2-1 City.

Love a late kickoff in BS3.

Maenpaa
Pisano Webster Kalas Kelly
Pack
Weimann Pack Brownhill Eliasson
Diedhiou

Nailed on that we’ll be unchanged but I’d rather see us have more of a go at home.

City 1-2 Norwich. (Pack 12’) (Pukki 25’, Godfrey 27’)

21,549 (2,032?)... no idea what to expect from Norwich.

They looked good enough last season to be fair and their position suggests they're better now.
Tough, tough game and I'll be happy with a point but confidence should be raised.
Just speed it up a bit reds FFS.
2-2.

Klose and Hanley out for Norwich. Feeling strangely optimistic, gonna be a great day and night regardless... 2-1 City.

Completely against the run of play, but what a goal from Stiepermann. Just need to have a decent spell of possession to calm things down going into half-time.

EDIT: Well, so much for that. Poorly given away by Tettey and then poor defending afterwards. Not too pleased, but it's probably fair as Bristol City didn't deserve to be behind.

Never mind that I've just realised your name is Scott.
My Nan would be so proud she worked at Bletchley Park, obviously it runs in the family.

I think you’re probably the last person to realise his name is Scott.

We likely would have lost the war if you was at Bletchley. You would have coming running out to tell us the Germans were on the way to find Hitler already in Downing Street.

Not our best performance by any stretch of the imagination, but that's 10 unbeaten now and we still have a good gap between us and 3rd so it'll do

Entertaining game, Tettey should have been off twice and then we may have won.

Good game that and I agree about Tettey, very lucky boy.
I think Norwich were a bit like us last season, I hope for their sake they don't run out of steam like we did.
Well played City, much more like it.

Take a point but think we deserved all 3. Farke reckons they dominated, farke knows what game he was watching!

Diediou and odowda were outstanding today, odowda should be playing every week. Pato has been alot better recently too, so fair play go him for turning his form around. Packs assist for our 2nd was a thing of beauty.

Shows how much Leitner and Klose are missed. Also how important an on-form Tettey is. He had a terrible game and that bled into the team performance, or lack-of. Imagine he needs a rest, played a lot of minutes this season and his head clearly wasn't there. Perhaps fortunate that Farke had the opportunity to sub him - though could be argued the challenge he should've got a second yellow for wouldn't have happened had the ref given the clear free-kick just before it. Still, no excuse to be so reckless when on a booking.

Got to be happy with a point in a match you were second best for at least three-quarters of. First half was clearly Bristol City's, City went ahead against run of play so leveller, though sickening, was the least they deserved. Started second half brightly until they returned favour and went ahead against the run of play. After that, City looked done and felt like Bristol C would see it out. Equaliser was surprising and a strong end to half almost saw the most undeserved win of all time. For as bad (more sloppy, really) as City were, Bristol C were very good. With how tight the division is, wouldn't be surprised if they get themselves into the play-off mix. Be interesting to see how City respond to a couple of iffy matches, hopefully some of the injured return and they can regroup.
