Big game and one that if we don't win or at least salvage a point rather than chucking two away then you can probably consider us finished for the season.

Having Baker back is going to be massive, same with Pisano but the way our season's gone it looks like now Pack and Brownhill are going to miss out on the next couple which is fucking typical.

Wollacot
Wright Flint Baker Mags
Kent Walsh Smith Bryan
Reid Diedhiou
1-1 (Flint 87') (Sessegnon 19')

Don't shoot the messenger but been told Bryan's been dropped for tonight. Ouch.

Another draw. But there were many more positives to take out of this one.

Deserved to win. Fulham weren’t all that at all.

Good performance, didn't look a side low on confidence at all. Pressed very well, which took some balls given the last few weeks and the way Fulham are going.

Thought we edged what was an excellent game of football but ultimately couldn't find the killer ball/get the right ricochet and it's another game without a win. That wasn't the bad result though it was the last two

Top quality game with a lack of cutting edge from both teams. I didn' think we quite tested the pansy in goal enough to deserve a win.

Happy with that TBH, although we could have and probably should have won it. Much better from us and quite disappointed with Fulham.
I heard Korey was given MOTM but I would have put Bobby and Fammy ahead of him, probably given it to Fammy TBH. He's looking very good again IMHO. Just before he was taken off, he charged back 80 yards to nullify a counter attack, very impressed. How much more solid did we look with Bakes back as well?
Bettellini is a total feckin' diva by the way, cheating wimp, thank gawd we didn't sign him!

Well played City!

I think Freeman was better, at least there was some end result from Luke, Kent has all the tools but has naff all end result. Not impressed, come back soon Callum O' Dowda.

Just had a look at the highlights vid on the City site and I reckon their goal was offside. Can anyone put a still image from the video on here? About 1-06.

I reckon El G called it TBH. At normal speed he looks off but on a still, it does look like a good decision, unfortunately. :(

You're probably correct El G but it's bloody tight either way.
What’s the verdict on Lois Diony?

He looked very good in Ligue 1 last season. Was disappointed when we missed out on him.

Jury's still out on him this early but from what I've seen so far...

He's shit in the air, not particularly quick, his first touch is horrendous, he can't carry the ball and is shite in front of goal. Other than that he's alright.

In fairness I just think he needs a goal. His confidence is absolutely shot to bits from his time at St Ettiene. He had a few chances against Sunderland to get off the mark as well, annoying he didn't bag one of them.

He's obviously got something about him El G but he's shot confidence wise and looks like he's trying too hard although he's only playing the last 10/ 15 minutes of games.
I reckon he needs one goal and he'll be off as he has all the attributes to be very good in the English game. To say our support is split on him would be an understatement.

I'm not sure we'll sign him TBH at the price being mentioned but there's a very good player in there, we just need to get his confidence up.

Can see why he hasn't scored a goal all season, put it that way.

Exactly the same for us and Afobe. Maybe we should swap?

He’s had a couple 10/15 minute cameos and had only one real chance that he didn’t finish. To be fair, it’s too early to call but I think with more game time, his confidence will come.

The only issue for me though is the timing of this signing. It might have been a good signing in the summer as he would have time to adjust to the English leagues, pre season etc. However the situation we find ourselves in coming into the last quarter of the season, we really need a proven goal scorer to jump straight into the squad and make that difference.

Big gamble from LJ.
