would you be happy for him to go?
Pffft. Very difficult to say. I'm worried by his lack of changes considering our poor run but at the same time he has had little say in transfers and who can come in to replace?

Generally everything probably just looked better than it was at the start of the season when we played weaker sides. Not all is lost but it's difficult to see us turning it around in the next few games.

If I thought there was a viable option to replace him I might be receptive but sacking for the sake of it and bringing in another unproven guy isn't particularly mouthwatering.

I'm torn on the squad - when we played Forest and Bristol (two decent teams) we were fantastic to watch and the ability was there. This leads me to think that the team is just off the boil and low in confidence. That said we've lost games from every scenario this season, when we go behind we almost accept that we've lost and never get back into games. This appears to be the growing consensus that the players just aren't up to it. The squad is definitely weaker than last season but players like Saiz are a great find.

With regards to TC, his lack of plan B appears to be a growing concern and his inexperience in this league is really starting to show. I fear his days are numbered, but as you say - who replaces him? If we lose at Barnsley (we'll lose on Sunday and again at Wolves), then I think he'll get the bullet.

Unsure about this. Think your desire to get one over on Monk will probably get you the win. We've won our last 3 but have played horrifically in 2 of them. The victory over Hull two games ago was the second time we've played well this season.

Leeds can't keep sacking the manager every time there is a few bad results, surely you've learnt that by now.

Famous last words but I don't think they will, not if we lose this one anyway. We've got Boro and Wolves in the next 7 days, games which I think most teams would struggle to come out of unscathed. From a fans perspective, the focus of scrutiny has fallen on Victor Orta and his recruitment more so than TC.

That said, I think Monk will want to get one over Leeds as much as the fans want to see us beat Monk. I think it'll be tighter than recent form suggests, but I'd certainly take a point now.

Good to see you're getting the same Victor Orta experience as we got.

To be fair, he's had a tough job. The spine of our team has gone. Green, Bartley and Wood were big losses and he's tried to replace them on the cheap. Saiz has been a masterstroke and is our best player by a mile but the rest are very average. He seems to have put in place a better scouting network (not difficult given it was largely non existent) but it's been largely average. Not a big fan of the 'director of football' model.

Harder than it should have been after that farcical decision but worked very hard which is good to see. Very happy to get the win with Wolves away in the week.

Once again we are found out when we aren't playing a pub team. We beat the rubbish in this league, and only just on most occasions, because we simply have good players, not because Monk has any idea what he's doing. The fact Clayton and Bamford aren't even in the squad yet he insists on bringing on Fletcher & Johnson every game shows he has no idea what he's doing at all. Also choosing Roberts over Fabio is absolutely bizarre. Then he has the nerve to come out and say we deserved at least a point. Sick of him.

You're not a fan of Johnson? He scored in his first game didn't he?

He did. I don't dislike him he's just not good enough for a team wanting to be in the prem next year. That's not his fault. It just annoys me that Monk's go to substitutions pretty much every game are Fletcher and Johnson who don't impact the game at all at this level, especially Fletcher who I'm not sure how he's a professional footballer. I just don't see how they are considered better options than Traore/Bamford/ Clayton.

Never liked Gary Monk. Probably not his fault but he always has a slight smirk and a smug look.
He also bigs up his own team and seems to give little credit to the opposition.
Thought he was well suited to Leeds and strengthened my dislike of them.

However I’ve got to admit I like how Christiansen conducts himself, seems a really nice bloke.
So on this occasion I wanted Leeds to beat Boro......erhh I feel dirty now.
