I'd rather you go up, best away trip there is Charlton. I absolutely love that away end when we fill it and the ground itself. And obviously a day in London is always superb.

Shame Charlton itself is rubbish now, most boozers shut down. Like you say though plenty of choice around London, I’d always recommend drinking at London Bridge or Greenwich as an away fan at our place anyway.

Take it you stayed in Newcastle, Luton is the biggest toilet in this country, although it's actually not like being in this country at all. Pompey is decent, absolute bellend doormen when we stayed though, asking for id off everyone to see where your from then not letting us in.
Stayed in Leeds Thursday and Newcastle Friday and Saturday, was brilliant. Never been to Luton but looks a proper little ground so I’d like to tick if off. Pompey would be good for us, we’ve had lots of heated clashes with them over the years so we would probably encounter the same issue you did if we were to stay over, but given it’s only 2/3 hours from us I don’t think we would do.

Any of them 4 up and Rovers down from L1 will suit me.

Leeds has over taken Manchester for me in recent years, better music scene, you don't get fleeced for a pint everywhere and there's less poncey Vegan shit.

£4.50-£5.50 a pint in pretty much every bar except the right shit holes and wetherspoons in Manchester these days.

Sunderland is, one of the best weekends I’ve ever had up there last season from Thurs-Sun. Pompey/Luton would be good as I’ve not done either, imagine Pompey would be quite lively for us as well.
Sunderland is only decent because Newcastle is up the road. Never done Luton, but can’t imagine it’s any good other than for a scrap.

Spot on about Luton, high street near ground was like Page Hall, mate asked a shop owner where nearest place was for a beer and he throws a rant in his lingo. :dis:

Reading sold out. Shame we couldn’t have the 4k which would have sold out with ease, but even that wouldn’t have been a big deal as it’s a straight run for us. The next 4 aways after this will sell out too, but again they are small allocations.

I can’t imagine Luton being anything but a bad away day unless you know the one or two cheap pubs in town or spend the day in the casino doubling your beer money. Best thing about it would be the ground, if you like it old school then you’ll love Kenilworth Road.

Did Pompey last season, best part of that was the ground (didn’t have time for much else tbf), old school again and best atmosphere from home support I’ve heard in years.

Best thing in Luton Is the airport, followed by the train station, proper proper shithole, it literally doesn't get any worse.

Hoping to get Portsmouth tickets, down to the last 600 so hoping they don't all go as I haven't enough points.

Would have thought it would be a good day out though, get a train to the town few drinks there then jump on a train to Fratton and then into the ground.

Allocated 2073 for villa, looks like we've been reduced to the low allocation.

There will be around 1,600 City at Forest tomorrow.

Sell out in the home ends so it should be a good crack.

We’ve extended Swansea’s allocation to 3.7k...

Been allocated 2,645 for Accrington.

Tickets on sale from today to away members, so not much time but will probably sell out.

Looking forward to it, apart from the lack of trains as is par for the course in Lancashire seemingly.

Can not wait as well, will be on the terraces like the good old days, should be a good cup tie.

Blues had sold 706 before tickets went off sale yesterday. POTG was available. Decent show from them.
