Pricey sport this, £33 a ticket for our trip to Hillsborough, place is almost falling down.

That said, our match day tickets have been increased to £30 too, home and away fans.

Imagine Leeds are charging close to £40 these days, remember them fleecing us the season they went up.

Not sure who the most expensive in the league are now.
£47 for us at Leeds.

Yeah that is sickening. We’ve got Southamton away midweek three days later. The two trips combined with trains and tickets (and a hotel for the Southampton game) is probably the best part of £200.

For two games of football it’s hard to justify. I’ll be at both but it’s still hard to justify.

As an asides, what a disgrace it was today seeing Sky having the Southampton fans having to travel to Sunderland for a 12 o clock kickoff. EFL/FA should put their foot down and not allow games with that amount of travelling to be changed to stupid kickoff times. As always, the match going fans are the last consideration.

Yeah I'm choosing Southampton over Wednesday. £39 is way too much. Southampton is only £25 which is far more reasonable. Can't imagine we will take as many as last season to Wednesday.

I wouldn't have gone either and the ground is only 6 miles away.
As it happens, I will be in Spain.

It's absolutely daylight robbery and to make matters worse, the away end is quite disgusting in this day and age.

It's even more galling that we will probably charge them about £25 when they come to NYS.
Although, I suppose it's not their fans fault and they shouldn't be penalised for that excuse of an owner, who is robbing away fans.

Bare in mind that he is absolutely fleecing the Owls POTD fans as well.
It's a pity the EFL won't step in and set a maximum price for Championship away fans, and home for that matter.

Think I will not bother with the short trip to the sty on principle.
hate being ripped off.
will also skip the Leeds match too, same reason.
remember paying £17 to watch Leeds v forest back in around 93 ish, didn’t enjoy the game with The scandalous price paid playing on my mind.
looking forward to Southampton away though, expensive weekend, couple of nights hotel and all.

Sold out the 2,500 we've been given at Rotherham, following on from the sell out at Stoke.

Leicester tickets are going well too, 1000+ sold for a midweek game almost a month away.

Suppose we need to enjoy the novelty of being in the automatic spots while it lasts, might not be the same buzz when we're 11th and travelling to Norwich in December.

Yes it is boring calling it "The Sty" and trying to force a rivalry.
Ignoring the boring groomy stuff and the whole who are the real piggies Blades or Owls thing,
The Leppings Lane stand truly is a bit of a pig sty, so the ticket prices are absurd.
Still......... Mr Chansiri can't make people pay the daft prices, he can only exploit fans if they are daft enough to pay it.
That goes for home fans as well, I feel for you, he is taking the piss.

Our Huddersfield away allocation is sold out, nobody seems to know how many that is.
People are speculating around 2000.
The initial allocation was 1500 and another batch was requested, but there was no number ever quoted from our website, just that they have all gone.

But wake up, your own POTD fans are being ripped off to the same amount as away fans.
Is your attitude just..... "I've got a season card I'm alright Jack....... fuck everybody else?"

Sold out what we've been given, around 2700 I think for today at Wednesday although doubt we would have sold many more.

Southampton sold out on Tuesday night, 3200.

750-800 Preston fans coming down, fair play as it's a long journey!

Haven't seen any mention on ticket sales but that's not bad I suppose.

Presume it would have been higher if we didn't take 2,400 to Leicester on Wednesday night. Expensive, time consuming hobby.

Very surprised that it is such a reasonable price, I expected close to £40.
However, I'll be watching in a bar in Calpe hopefully, hope it doesn't ruin my holiday!
I know we've got a very decent history at Hillsborough but we are truly shocking away from home.
Amazed we managed a point yesterday because after 2 minutes I expected a good old drubbing TBH.
