Cracking performance against a very physical Chelmsford side. I reckon they saw how young our side is and thought they could bully us, plenty of elbows and other naughtiness going on but plenty of others have tried it and our youngsters stand up and give as good as they get.

Janneh missing through injury last night but I don't think many sides at this level have someone of Ryan Dickson's quality to bring in.

Keating has really stepped up to the plate in the last couple of games, 4 fantastic assists and if anyone deserves a goal it's him.

The squad is looking a little threadbare now though, couldn't fill the bench yesterday and Asa Hall hobbled off after a second half assault from a Chelmsford player.

Even if we win on Saturday we’re not going to claw back 5 points (including GD) in the remaining 4 games.

We’ve lost 5 home games this season which is way too many for a title contender.

A lot of yo yo ing from the South to the National recently. Braintree down, up, down in 3 seasons. Havant up then straight back down. Torquay down then straight back up. Woking....

Tomorrow is massive for a variety of reasons.

At the top, Torquay travel to Woking for a massive 6 pointer, of course if Torquay win it then they're basically there. Should the Cards win then the title race will likely drag out for a couple of weeks longer.

Welling play Bath tomorrow which has play-off implications given how Chelmsford get on at St. Albans who are battling for a playoff place.

What happened at Truro? The BBC was still showing the match to be in progress at 17:30 before they announced the match was abandoned for unknown reasons. But the NLS table shows 38 games having been played by the two, same as all the others.

Good win for St Albans to keep slim play-off hopes alive.

Came from a goal down having been outplayed for most of the first half to nick an equaliser right on half time.

Then they scored quick fire goals after the break and it was pretty comfortable from then on.

Chelmsford seemed to lose their heads a bit and had a man sent off for a nasty tackle - the player involved then proceeded to swear at the home fans as he walked off which might see him in further trouble I guess.

Unlikely, still 14 minutes to play of the game. Concord having to go down to Truro midweek will be a real test. The abandonment of the game allowed Wealdstone into 7th place; remarkable when we don’t have a forward worth the name.

Bizarre match that, 3-0 win and yet I thought we were largely rubbish, it just helped that East Thurrock were completely hopeless. They have plenty of names that I recognise from successful Conny Sarf sides from years gone by but perhaps their age is now catching up with them? Half of the team looked overweight.

Jack Giddens in the Rocks goal had a game to forget, a Massimo Taibi replica from a Danny Green strike after 16 seconds put us one up and he spilled a simple enough free kick allowing Simon Mensah a simple tap in for the 3rd goal. Danny Green's second was class however, really well taken half-volley from a tight angle.

Into the playoffs we go, just got to win our remaining games and hope there are further slip-ups by the sides around us.

To be fair they were already in freefall before he showed up. Just 11 points now from the last 21 matches including two wins in a week at the start of January. Only 5 points from the last 14 games and they have a tough run in. Today's abandonment at Truro could be crucial.

It did sound a slightly strange appointment. He's never worked at this level but happened to be living locally and was available. It didn't require anything sensational, just a couple of wins to keep a distance from the bottom three. They conceded the winner very late today at home to fellow strugglers Gloucester, who are now above them.

I wouldn't mind Worthing or Carshalton, while it could be Taunton or Salisbury from the Southern South West Premier. Anyone but Not Police please!

They didn’t actually break the barrier. So it’s still only happened twice in 100 years, both times by Aldershot. Defintiely not your fault though, because the racist fraud Shahid Azeem said so.

Two players off injured in the first half an hour didn't help but fair play to Woking they were much better than us on the day. They bossed our midfield and Luer looked a real handful up front.

They were always going to start to feel nervous as the game wore on though and once we got it back to 3-2 it was just a matter of time before we equalised.

Every Torquay fan I spoke to before the game was convinced Gerring would get himself sent off, he's not very bright and eventually made the stupid needless tackle we all knew he would.

Cracking atmosphere from both sets of fans, a few flares and smoke bombs but none of the trouble some were predicting.

Hard to call the play-offs but with home advantage Woking should feel confident, especially if they play as they did today

Huge win for us at Eastbourne, Jake Jackson with a last minute goal thanks frankly to a keeper gaffe. Every game we've played on artifical pitches this season, including a 3 nil win at now Isthmian champions Dorking, we've won. Get that new stadium on 4G!

Almost the perfect Saturday but I have to say the circumstances at Truro seem a tad suspicious. The hospital is 4 mins drive away FFS. They have previous for suspicious abandonments.

Our form at Evesham is still abysmal but Billericay are massively in the wain so if we are going to get our first win there since September (yep!) surely it should be against them....

Yep - great game yesterday. Good atmosphere except for a few strange Torquay fans more interested in the Woking fans than the game itself.

As you said once it got to 3-2 I knew you would equalise but the goals we conceded were pathetic - letting a long throw bounce inside the 6 yard box. Gerring loses his marker for the 2nd goal as well. Dog shit player who offers nothing except for trying to be a hard man.

Shame as we played so well for the first 75 minutes.

The Southern South must be truly awful since our near neighbours were always cannon fodder in the Isthmian and they're 7th in that league.
