Australia and Nigeria are usually good bets.

For England Jack Butland, Nick Pope and Jamie Vardy have played league 2 or lower. And Harry Kane was signed by your favourite Russell Slade in league 1.

As at time of posting current forecasts on this spreadsheet it is interesting to note:
All of us have selected Spain & Portugal in Group B
All of us selected France in 1st place in Group C
All of us selected Brazil in 1st place in Group E
All of us selcted German in 1st place in Group F
and all of us selected Belgium & England in Group G

Maybe you could post a link there to this thread here (or even move this one). This could attract some others, too, who don't look into the League two forum ?

Although we already have a lot of entrants and more means more work for you too.
