Both teams cancelled each other out, Bristol City hardly created anything either and apart from a pea roller from Djuric neither keeper had anything to do. Would have been more entertaining watching paint dry, but if you'd have offered me 7 points from Millwall, Villa and Bristol City I'd have took it, always disappointed not to win at home though.

We went for a point and got it, perfectly executed game plan and we had chances to win it, they created fuck all.

At least were trying too. We've not gone for a draw nowhere yet and I doubt we will. Proper over moon with a draw at hillsborough, fucking embarrassing.

Not a result to get carried away with but a 0-0 draw at Hillsborough after 3 straight away wins keeps us ticking along nicely. I would have bitten you arm off for 10 points from 12 at Ipswich, Sunderland， Fulham and Wednesday. Keep it up City! Good chance for a home win midweek.

Got to be satisfied with an away point to play off chasers, especially the manner of it shutting down their play to 0 chances and 0 shots on target. An acceptable result even for automatic promotion challengers and a good one to cement our play off chances.

As for the two penalty decisions I have seen, the Baker one at the corner is a clear pen in my opinion holding the player back. But Bannan, fuck off! A little shoulder to shoulder pressure and he fell down like a sack of spuds.

A point at Hillsborough is not a bad result for any team in this division. On their day they are a top 6 team.

Trouble is our off days are more regular than our on days.
Pre match I would have said a point would be good for Bristol City, but having watched it, we were terrible and if their management/team had made even a little more attempt to win they probably would have.
So its a funny one, they came for a point and got one so they would probably say job done. (As Carlos and many Owls fans did post Huddersfield away in the playoffs last year).
However if they had come to win they probably would, so you could also say their tactics probably cost them 2 points.
Depends how you look at it.

You are having too many off days, that's true. You remind me of us last season. Can't see you making the play offs if I'm being honest. I'm still not convinced we will either.

My opinion is that a point was a good outcome for us. We may be in the play offs but we showed last season how quickly we can turn a season around, picking up points like this goes a long way to making sure it doesn't happen again and finishing in a good position. Finishing in the play offs would be fantastic but we're showing great progression.

Yeah, things look good thus far. With a top, top quality central midfielder and a right back on loan in January we probably would be disappointed not to finish in the top six, but as you said things can quickly turn.

Either way it's safe to say that nobody will be leaving for whatever price in January.
